  Chris Helped with me as a first time homebuyer buy my first new construction home in NorthWest Bakersfield.   Chris is an excellent real estate agent who helped us find our home in as little as 2 weeks. He was available to show us homes immediately after our first interaction and wasted no time sending us listings within our budget. Chris was very informative and available around the clock to answer any questions or concerns we had. Most importantly, he was respectful of our budget and never tried to push us beyond our means. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home and I plan to use him for any future real estate transactions.

  I was an amateur in selling a house. Chris Choate was such a blessing. He walked me through everything. I’m a little over anxious at times and he was so patient with me. He always returned my many phone calls and gave me answers to all my questions. He was well informed about my questions. I felt watched over and I was important. He was truly a Godsend.   We are first time home buyers and I was a bit nervous about the whole process because you hear all these horror storys about escrow and loans . Chris made sure the whole process went smooth . Any time we had any questions he was on it .
