  Dan was awesome from the get go! He went above and beyond everyday to help our family find the perfect mountain getaway and continued to be just as available well after the buying process to welcome us into Arnold, including helping make our dogs love it just as much!

  This is Beverly Earll, commenting on our Realtor, Dan Seider, and I can't say enough good things about him. Everyday Dan would call and send new updated listings along with reports, so we could make a decision to look at it or pass. We looked at properties daily getting great advice from him. Whenever I called to see a listing, he would made the appointments and we were off and running, even giving information on the neighborhood. He knows this area well and has years of experience selling and buying properties. Could not asked for a better experience or of a knowledgeable realtor/broker then Dan. He has lots of energy and excitement and really enjoys what he does. We found our forever home and he negotiated for us with other offers in place. We now have our forever home .......Thank you Dan!   Dan is the best agent. He listened to my needs, and was available to show properties based on my schedule. His insight on property values, and ideal location was spot on. He had great ideas on some homes that needed a little updating. But ultimately he found me the perfect property in Arnold. It's everything I could of dreamed of and more.
