  Dan was awesome from the get go! He went above and beyond everyday to help our family find the perfect mountain getaway and continued to be just as available well after the buying process to welcome us into Arnold, including helping make our dogs love it just as much!

  Daniel our realtor was Outstanding! After our first realtor basically didn’t want a person using a VA Loan, I told her I would find someone else. I went on line and found two in the Arnold area and read their reviews and I selected Daniel based on his reviews. I called him and setup an appointment with him and my wife and I met with him and informed him of what we were looking for and he showed us 6 houses/cabins the first time we met with him our other her realtor had showed us 3 in 4 weeks. The next day I had called Daniel on our way home from Arnold and told him about a cabin that had just been listed in Mi Wuk Village and we would like to see it. Daniel contacted the realtor for the home and we looked at it and informed Daniel we would like to purchase or put a bid on this Cabin. Daniel did the paperwork that day and had us sign and it was submitted. We were just hoping that they would accept a VA Loan on the property. Daniel talked to the realtor for the cabin and they made this happen. We are in our dream home because of Daniel and his professionalism. I would give 20 stars if I could. Daniel is very professional in all aspects of his clients and makes things happen. He will always be our go to guy if we purchase another home but right now this is where we plan on spending the rest of our lives. Daniel went out of his way for us and never hesitated on a VA loan and we will be forever Grateful to Daniel. -Jeff and Stacy Horne

  Dan helped us, buy, sell, and rent properties in the Arnold area. He is an excellent advisor, always well prepared, super responsive, knowledgeable, and truly customer focused. After we bought property, he helped connect us with local contractors and resources, and helped open or close the cabin when we weren’t there and weather conditions changed. He and his wife help rent out units in the area as well, and found us amazing tenants. He’s a great partner, and we highly recommend him and his wife for any real estate transaction in the area.
