My daughters and I have asthma and I was just in the hospital and at risk of stroke. I can’t come home and not get a headache. As people are smoking inside of their unit when we’re supposed to be smoke free Property. Also, since I’ve lived here insulation and other things were supposed to have already been done before moving in and it’s never been done. I’ve started doing my own little insulations also so that bugs don’t come in and so I can keep from too much outrageous PG&E bill. I pay over $300 in PG&E during the summertime which is more than what I paid living in a 3bdrm home before moving here. Got wasps, trying to move into our balcony have had to get them out of my unit. And now spray Windex outside to prevent them from setting up, nests in front of my front door and on the balcony. The office building been crashed into no maintenance has been done on that so our gym and also our pool have been closed. The gates don’t function properly. And my daughter almost got lured by a guy on our complex. I can’t even let my 16-year-old daughter walk alone for an occasional breather. I am not one to publicly complain like this however, if you have health issues and want a safe peaceful place to live and you’re looking to move here, don’t do it. There’s not enough staff. They do the best they can, but there is only like 3 or 4 of them we’ve got around 280 units here. So they’re overwhelmed. Whoever owns this complex now really doesn’t seem to care about it at all from t experience. From what I’m experiencing, all the owners are doing is collecting rent checks and not taking care of there employees or complex. I’m ready to reach out to Legal team

⚠️ DON’T MOVE HERE⚠️ these apartments were splendid 10+ years ago, they never fix anything, always broken, Pool/Gym have been closed post-covid and they never reopened apparently, Management team always changes every year and they leave. No parking control, shame management let these apartments complex down to shit.

I have lived here for about two years now and for anyone looking to move here, DO NOT DO IT. The apartment itself in my experience is average, but with a lot of big problems that you will be expected to remedy yourself no matter how clean and spotless you keep your place. But the worst of it is the lack of security for our cars. Several cars are stolen or broken into WEEKLY. My roommates car has been stolen 3 times/had the catalytic converter stolen once, my husbands car has been broken into via window, the trees aren’t maintained so it smashed the back of our car window in, and lately the thieves have stolen 2 (known) vehicles tires, leaving them on cinder blocks. Cars, the gate, and even the office building have all been smashed into by cars (the office building still hasn’t been repaired actually, drive by and see for yourself there’s two massive wood pieces where the cars hit). AND STILL there is no security or even CAMERAS to keep us and our belongings SAFE. The “security gates” that cover the entrances are almost always open because they are broken 90% of the time and if they aren’t, thieves just rip the chain link fence open in the back to get in. The rent may be affordable but you will pay a steep price in what this property management company will cost you, if you can even call it that- they aren’t here almost ever. Do not move here!

Is this place even open? Phone messages always say they are closed (during business hours) and I never get a call back or email back. How are you supposed to get an apartment here? The few times I stopped by there is always a sign saying closed. Probably for the best..
