I been living in Oakridge apartments for over year now, I had a few issues in the beginning but nothing major, Claudia the property manager is amazing at getting stuff done and helping me when I have an issue. When I was moving back to Antioch after a breakup and was scared to live by myself, Claudia helped me through everything and encourage me that I can do it and that I will be okay, and eventually I got over being scared with her help. I feel very safe here because of the cameras they have in place. The maintenance staff are very good at coming in and doing work when they need to. Yes, the kids are loud but what do you expect when you live in apartments. Oakridge apartments was within my budge because the rent is so high in the bay area. I like that fact that it is off the main road off to the back. I have no issues living here. I also like the fact that I can pay my rent though the app and not have to go and get a money order and go into the office and pay my rent.

I am still waiting on my DEPOSIT! This place is a SCAM ! I left this building 2 months ago and still haven’t received my deposit back after I have been told numerous of times it is on its way. DONT move here there are so many better and reasonable places in this area! For starters I am not going to get to deep into it because it is just too much to explain. But the reason why I moved out after a year of a lease was because there was MOLD GROWING ON THE WALLS AND INSIDE THE SHOWER! The place is roach infested and maintenance never wants to fix anything along with management. I have literally sat in my unit with a broken AC during the hot summer of last year for at least 5 days due to lack of management . The management is the worst you can ever experience! Save your money you won’t receive your deposit back and there is no way to contact the upper corporate.

Roach, bed bug, and rodent infested apartments do not apply to live here ! People smoke outside their apartments and the smell travels into the other units...their are lots of children who play outside ,however they can be fairly loud and leave toys and garbage out side in the walk way or in front of the units they are rarely ever monitored..I have had packages stolen mutipul times and management did absolutely nothing about it ( they never took action on any sistuation that was presented to them )It took them 3 days to get maintenance to remove the chalk that the kids drew on the outside of my apartment wall .. parking is another issue people take your parking spot even though every tenant is assigned a space .there is always someone doubled parked and or is blocking the entrance to the parking lot . After I had moved out I was told that they were going to take out a 500 dollar cleaning fee from my deposit weither I cleaned it or not ..the owners are crooks I went from paying 1300 to 1650 almost 1700 dollars for a tiny Roach infested one bedroom apartment that was falling apart . Moving out of that disaster of an apartment was the best thing I had ever done ..
