  I was initially very interested in working with Blue Line Property Group to manage my rental property. The onboarding process started out well, and I received a management agreement for review and signature. However, after I began asking important questions about the contract, repair approval thresholds, fees, and property management practices, communication stopped and I was unable to get responses to my follow-up inquiries. As an out-of-state property owner, responsiveness and communication are extremely important to me. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through made it difficult to feel confident moving forward with their services. While I cannot speak to their property management performance since I never became a client, my experience during the pre-signing process was disappointing and ultimately led me to look elsewhere.
