Pool closed frequently, parking situation has been terrible while waiting for upper lot to be reopened (we paid for a spot, we should be refunded if we’re not guaranteed one), gates often broken and were given a fob with dying battery until swapped with an old bulky type, we almost get hit every time leaving the Brookhurst exit due to cars entering the “Exit” (why don’t you put a camera there and fine each resident that does that?), our unit has been flooded by the resident above us and now having bug problems, visible water damaged walls that nothing was done about, which maintenance often just closes the tickets without following up/commenting, we are currently waiting for them to address the bug problem and we’re told they would be here “Tuesday” but never showed up, mold in the trash rooms, no way to contact emergency maintenance or security (not that they help, security just tells us we have to find a parking spot that doesn’t exist at 3am when I get home and we’ve had to call the fire department to shut off building water due to flooding and no maintenance/owner contact)
I know you can’t control residents, but we have a kid that was ding dong ditching the hallway when they moved in and the resident above frequently running around in the middle of the night? (Same ones we’re sure flooded the building after hearing them plunging their drain and didn’t open door to fire department) Homeless sleeping in the halls. Seemingly no cameras on property for safety. Yet they’re on top of your $2,200+ rent if a payment bounces! Makes you wonder what they’re doing with all that money when the property looks the way that it does.
Professional and kind. Everyone has opinions and this is mine. For the city of Anaheim and the surrounding locations. Price per square feet is a little higher than other options here at Madison. I found your costs for studios to be closer to one bedroom rentals and one bedrooms closer to what you can pay for 2 in Anaheim. Very beautiful but priced high for the square footage by rent.

Honestly they DON'T truly deserve any stars. This place is extremely ridiculous. My niece and her husband recently moved here and have had NOTHING but problems. Every time I call to check on them , she always sounds stressed and or in tears. I recently found out that they are already being forced out after just barely moving in. I recently find out that one of the management staff literally lied to her face, made ridiculous accusations against her, would NOT let her talk by constantly talking over her, belittled my niece to the point she nearly had a full blown anxiety attack, felt cornered and literally rushed out of the building in tears. Does ANY of the management at this HORRENDOUS place know that it is ILLEGAL to put people that suffer from mental illness (both my niece and her husband have been diagnosed) in situations that could potentially cause more damage and harm (like forcing them to become homeless)? Not only that, do they even know that they are not only violating their rights, they are violating Section 8 regulations? What need to be done is EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE should have some training on how to communicate with people that suffer from mental illness to prevent the hell they are putting my niece through. Her life has been HELL since her mom (my best friend that I considered as my own sister) passed away unexpectedly 11 years ago. I live out of state so its hard for me to do much of anything which breaks my heart.

Recently painted, so it's looking fresher than expected for an older apartment complex. Visiting friends, however, turned into an unexpected parking challenge. Guest parking is limited, and parking outside the complex is basically impossible. Thanks to the black steel fence it felt like trying to visit a fortress.
Come for the company, leave extra time to find a parking spot!

My name is Nathalie and I have chosen this place as my first apartment taking that step forward to live on my own with my fiancé . Maggie was able to assist us and help us through the process . In all honestly it was comforting that Maggie isn’t about selling but also establishing a relationship and getting to know you . She definitely takes it upon herself to know what you are looking for and options available as well as not pressuring you into something you aren’t ready for . She gave us an overview of what was available and the transition from applying to welcoming us to our first home ever was a smooth process . You can definitely tell Maggie enjoys building a relationship with her clients as well as the initiative she takes on as her role in her field work. Thank you .
