  Eunice was absolutely wonderful. If I could give 100 stars I would. I can’t wait to live at Madison park where management is wonderful. And cares about there tenants.

  LET ME BE THE ONE TO WARM YOU. AVOID LIVING HERE. I lived here for 2 years and this apartment is absolutely garbage. Literally mean it. There are garbage inside, outside and all around. There are roaches literally crawling out of every crevices. There are dog poop everywhere because people do not pick up after their dogs and the management is too naive to do anything about it. They will send out a community email but there are no real consequences. The parking is terrible with no assigned parking so random people park overnight and sleep in their car. Im pretty certain that there are people living out of their cars parked in the underground parking. There are handicap parking but selfish people disregard it and use it with no handicap placecard and they do not get towed. They say the rent is $1900 for a studio but expect to pay around $2100 with hidden fees. I know that when you first tour the facility it's has nice amenities but they are always out of service or under maintenance. They are quick to charge you extra fees and penalties but when you need something fixed they take their sweet time. I do not want to be so negative but I was literally living with roaches and roach droppings inside every cabinets and drawers. All the appliances are outdated and on the verge of malfunctioning. The neighbor that lived next to me was always playing loud music until 3 AM with a subwoofer so my whole apartment will shake all night. When I asked the neighbor kindly to lower the music nothing changed. When I complain to the management they told me that they can only document it but there is really nothing that the management can do about it. I'm telling you take your money elsewhere. Once you sign that lease you're stuck on it for 1 year. By the 2nd month living there you will understand what I am saying. Anyways I'm living in a better apartment complex now with nearly the same price.

  I only had a tour of the property and units. I had popped in without an appointment and was treated very kindly and they were able to accommodate me and show me around. I was very impressed with not only how everything looked and the space, but the amenities were beyond normal. There were things offered there that I have never even seen at luxury apartments. Loved the fact that they had roomy elevators, media room, billiard room, children's activity room, pet bath house next to their dog park, large gym, big pool and spa, and many other things. You get a lot for your money! This is not often the case with other apartments of the same price.

  The maintenance team at this property has apparently been replaced, and I honestly don’t think there is even a proper team anymore. The pools turn green within just two days because they are clearly not being properly cleaned or treated with the necessary chemicals. The overall maintenance has gone downhill dramatically. Today, our AC stopped working, and since the indoor temperature is currently around 90°F, I requested an emergency maintenance visit because the conditions meet the emergency criteria. In the past, the maintenance staff were experienced, knew what they were doing, and actually solved the problem. Today, a young maintenance worker came, simply looked at the AC remote, and told me they could come back in the morning to deal with it. What exactly is considered an emergency if an indoor temperature of 90°F isn’t one? I guess we’ll be sleeping on the balcony tonight. If you are considering moving here, PLEASE don’t do it until there is new management. Your patience will be seriously tested. And I won’t even get into the cockroach problem…

  There are decent amenities, 3 swimming pools (when they are actually open) a gym, basketball court, tennis court, soccer practice area, there is a dog park, but people don't watch their dogs, and the whole place smells like dog pee that hasn't been cleaned in a decade or so. The people who live here are rude and disgusting, they dump trash everywhere or leave it at their door. No one cleans up their dog poop. They love parking in the "no parking" hash marks for handicap spaces, so if you are handicap, you can't get into your vehicle, and the complex will not tow the cars that do this. There are two steps to get to the trash shoot, and instead of going up those two steps, people throw their nasty trash spilling all kinds of liquids right at the door of the trash room. It's insane how childish and rude and gross people can be. It's also a "no smoking" apartment complex, but people smoke both cigarettes and weed all throughout the complex, constantly.
