Jonathan was exceptional!! His treatment of me before, and after the work that was to be done was amazing! I’ve never seen such care taken when work was to be done and when it was finished… Amazing! Thank you, Jonathan

I’m very grateful to Suzanne for all her help with finding and renting my apartment. She was incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and patient throughout the whole process.
Thank you, Suzanne, for your excellent work and for making everything so much easier for me. You are a wonderful professional and a truly amazing person. I highly recommend her!
Very disappointing experience with Aliso Creek Apartments, mainly because of poor property management.
Communication is often unclear, inconsistent, and sometimes unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve problems, management often seems to blame the resident. My car was towed, costing me about $500. Management claims a warning was issued, but I never received or saw one. I requested the warning, photos, and towing documentation, but have not received them.
Maintenance has also been frustrating. During flooring replacement, my AC wiring was cut, yet management blamed me for not reporting the problem within 72 hours and refused to reimburse the additional electricity costs. I’ve also dealt with clogged drains and plumbing issues.
The property has very poor sound insulation, frequent maintenance/construction, and heavily painted surfaces with a persistent smell and paint that sticks to items. Instead of addressing the noise issue, residents are encouraged to buy rugs. Monthly charges also seem to vary by an extra $10–$20.
Privacy is another problem. Balcony privacy coverings are not allowed even though neighboring units are extremely close. There are so many rules and restrictions that it is difficult to make the apartment feel comfortable or truly like home.
I’ve lived here for only about six months and have already experienced too many issues. I’ve also heard similar frustrations from neighbors who are waiting for their leases to end.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Aliso Creek Apartments. Good property management should make residents feel respected and supported, not stressed. I’m looking forward to the end of my lease so I can move out.
