  Don't live here. Sooner or later, your car will get towed. There is no guest parking after 10:00 p.m., and if, God forbid, someone parks in your assigned space and you're forced to park in the guest parking area right in front of your apartment, they'll tow your car. There is no street parking either, so you essentially can't have overnight guests. This important information was never communicated to me before I signed the lease—I only found out by reading the lease after I had already signed it. The towing policy is unreasonable and completely unfair to residents.

  Jordan was a pleasure to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour of aliso creek. We look forward to possibly renting here when our lease is up!

  Deceptive leasing operation. Was told our apartment was being "held" (never heard of an apartment complex doing this before) for three days to allow my 8 month pregnant wife and I to submit to our application. Reached out after two days and was told the apartment wasn't available and too bad. Nothing was attempted to be done to rectify, no apology, no acknowledgement of wrongdoing. Be careful here. Aliso Creek, please do NOT reach out to me about this.
