  A pleasure to work with!!! Samantha and Brian with Sequoia at Tower Apartments in Alameda set the bar for professional property management. As a local service vendor in the Bay Area, I get to work with many different property management teams and management companies. They stand out from the rest because of their commitment to excellent customer service, proactive communication, and well maintained and attractive community.   Tower Apartments has been wonderful thus far. Everyone living here has been respectful & kind. The community is diverse, which we appreciate. Our apt is great. Tons of closet space & a set up that makes sense. Our son loves it too. Samantha, the manager of the property, has been so welcoming & very responsive to email requests. You can tell she cares about the community by keeping the building clean, the lobby is seasonally decorated & she even gave out candy bars for Valentine's day ♥️ We are so happy to be here!

  From my first inquiry, during the application process and through move-in, both Samantha and Brian exceeded all my expectations and made the often stressful process of moving so easy! Our apartment was in tip-top shape when we walked through the door of our beautiful, new home. Brian and Samantha work together as a friendly and capable team and make apartment living feel like home. Samantha explains all of the policies rather than dictates them, goes beyond with my last-minute requests and makes everyone feel welcomed and respected. Brian, too, is an extremely hard-worker who goes out of his way to deliver packages, unlock doors, keeps the place clean and answers repair requests right away. They shine brightly as the leaders of our community.
