  I really enjoyed living here. The leasing office was always very friendly and made the move in/move out process very easy. I would have stayed here longer if things worked out that way. Easy, good prices, and very friendly neighbors too. The 1 bed 1 bath was perfect for 2 people.

  As a black person, I would not recommend living here. I was treated with hostility and was given a place that needed repair and cabinets were rotten and looked like it had roach infestation. I requested a different apartment but they didn’t accept my request. I saw a future resident being given a tour. I tried requesting cleaning services or something. I felt lied too and dismissed at times even if it was a request to fix the AC. They shut the water down every time. I had a massive headache from the smell of the room. I endured a lot and I stopped asking completely. Each time, it felt like I was putting myself in situations where I felt uncomfortable and unsafe to voice my concerns. If you want to save yourself from the emotional distress, don’t rent here.
