  I spent about 3 weeks here after moving from out of state. There were cockroaches everywhere. The wiring for the fire alarm was chewed through and the fire dept had to rip it out of the wall at midnight to get it to stop. The toilet broke and I waited over 24 hours for a response. The ceiling, walls, and HVAC vents were leaking brown water. When I complained they said it was 'my responsibility' and only after continued proof did they agree to cancel the lease. I accepted, they tried to get me to sign an agreement which I refused as it was not a legally required document. They have now damaged my credit. I recommend a cardboard box over this apartment, it will be cleaner and safer. This picture, which shows an active cockroach nest under the refrigerator, was taken while management was inside the apartment, so it is reasonable to say they count not have cared less. This will be a long legal issue for me but you can save yourself!

  🚨DO NOT MOVE HERE🚨 We moved out as soon as we were able to this month. We only lived here for a couple of years but it's literally been TRAUMATIC. Crime always happens here, strangers banging on your door in the middle of the night NAKED saying they were drugged from the apartment unit next to you. Police and fireman always on the grounds. Search dogs everywhere and police flashlights peering through your windows looking for a criminal hiding in the complex. When I first mentioned this, the office stated that we didn't let them know about these incidents, they seem to have forgotten that there was a whole other management office before them, that's who we reported it to. Water shut offs all the time, fees for any and everything, but worst of all, the pests. The front office will say it's your fault, the pest control guy gave my neighbor some sticky traps which she had shared with me for our cockroaches, then they said it's our fault that we tried to home remedy the problem. They also said we had "unsanitary living conditions" we had normal wear and tear in the apartment but cleaned regularly. They stated we should we cleaning once a day as tenants. But after speaking with neighbors from other building numbers, the pests are everywhere, not just in our unit, yet we all pay a pest fee. So whether they think we're dirty or not, it's your job to actually take care of the pests that we PAY you to take care of in our monthly rents. We did not "contribute" to any pests. When we moved in there was already cockroaches and moldy cabinets the day of our tour. And eventually we were dealing with cockroaches, moths, and scorpions. And we've had our apartment bug bombed four times. They have Free Coffee Fridays, don't be swooned by it as they'll fee you for ANYTHING THEY CAN. Broom on your patio? (Even though leaf blowers blow leaves right into your space daily) There's a fee. Holiday decorations up past the holiday? Fee. Patio furniture they don't think is actual patio furniture? Fee. Trust me if they can find anything, they'll fee it. You will NOT be getting a deposit refund either no matter how much you clean. I wish I could leave no stars at all. Please save yourself, look somewhere else. I said in my unedited review that I didn't want them to respond to my review because I'm so tired of all their bull crap but they just have to have the final word.

  The management here is extremely strict when it comes to dogs and pets. They have very specific breed restrictions, and certain breeds are not allowed at all. What I find especially concerning is that they encourage residents to take pictures of other residents and send them to management in exchange for a discount on their rent. It creates a very uncomfortable environment where people feel like they’re watching and reporting on each other. On top of that, the staff can be very rude and unhelpful when dealing with residents. Overall, I’ve had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend living here.
