  As a black person, I would not recommend living here. I was treated with hostility and was given a place that needed repair and cabinets were rotten and looked like it had roach infestation. I requested a different apartment but they didn’t accept my request. I saw a future resident being given a tour. I tried requesting cleaning services or something. I felt lied too and dismissed at times even if it was a request to fix the AC. They shut the water down every time. I had a massive headache from the smell of the room. I endured a lot and I stopped asking completely. Each time, it felt like I was putting myself in situations where I felt uncomfortable and unsafe to voice my concerns. If you want to save yourself from the emotional distress, don’t rent here.

  The leaf blowers are getting to be insanely out of hand. Its like living near an airport ever single Friday. It takes hours and hours and hours. From 9 am to 4pm today just in front of my windows alone back and forth. If you work nights this place makes it impossible to get sleep on Fridays. Its excessively loud and not quick. As soon as you move from the bedroom to the living room to escape the noise they follow you. They spent over 40 minutes alone standing at my front door. Torturing my elderly dog almost sending us into a heart attack. They just blow the leaves from the community to your personal patio. They don't care about the residents already here... they just want to make the grounds look "clean " by blowing all the trash to our apartment. You're more obsessed with making a sale than actually caring about the tenants that have invested in you. You guys really need to tone down the leaf blowers. Nobody that pays to live here will be upset it they didnt do this every single Friday for over 5 hours. Why is it so necessary to torture residents for so long just to blow the trash onto their property that they're paying for? Especially when the leaf blower guys blow trash onto our patios. Then you try and charge us and you give us patio violations for things the trash you are blowing onto my patio. They will charge you $50 to keep you awake all day then charge you for the mess they made. Cute. The second you rectify this.. my review will change. Until then we are sick of this. The whole community is done with this and we demand change.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE !!! Genuinely terrible apartments. They’re cheap but not worth it. So so many roaches. It’s cheaply made, everything falls apart , and the manager is condescending unprofessional and awful. You make a maintenance request and they will not update you at all on when anyone is coming, or no one will come at all. Staff also gives out different info and rules than the manager. The front office rarely answers the phone. Once after they turned off our water we were sent an email saying we would receive a time range soon of when to expect it to be back on, and it was never sent. I called the office TEN times over the coarse of several hours and they did not pick up the phone once. Living here is disgusting , exhausting , and a waste of money.

  If you are looking to move in here run! Go elsewhere here they charge you for trash water etc it don’t matter how much you use they will charge whatever they can and the parking lot is filthy everyday the stairs hallways need to be washed they are filthy they over charge with silly fees they tell you one fee at start then rent starts to go up every month they are so sketchy at front office hate even the thought of going there they are never there always have a will be back sign I can see why they probably deal with lots of complaints about their horrible customer service management sucks here save you a headache and dealing with ppl who don’t take action right away
