The maintenance team is outstanding—every maintenance request I have submitted has been addressed promptly, often on the very same day. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the entire community is. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents' experience. The pool and fitness center are consistently kept clean and in excellent condition, which greatly enhances the quality of living here. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming, and enjoyable place to call home.
- GSGreg shannon-levittJun 29, 20265.0Here's a thumbnail sketch of this property...and keep in mind, I've lived in apartments from here to Hawaii: this property is maintained better than any I have lived in. Lawrence and his team make sure that everything runs smoothly. I use the pool pretty often, and the water is as clear as the beaches of Maui. In the office we have Jennifer and Sam, and these young women are doing a great job. The Safford is a safe place to live, as well...maybe that's a credit to their vetting process, doing a thorough background check of potential renters. If you're thinking of renting in Marana I suggest putting these apartments at the top of your list.
