  All the reviews about the level of crime here are accurate. My bike got stolen after being left outside, locked, for two days, and there's constantly cars being broken into. With that being said, as long as you don't leave anything visible in your car then it'll be fine, and the apartments themselves are great. I don't feel unsafe. You just have to be careful with leaving stuff out. Maintenance is responsive and free, and the apartments feel pretty high quality for the price.

  Lived here for almost two years, very nice area the apartment itself is nice super close to the university. Management is very friendly, I have no complaints :).

  Edit: 2stars, down from 4. I've had over $1000 worth of stuff stolen from my friend's car and my car's EV charger. They don't have cameras on the parking lot or entrances. Maintenance guy is great. Property manager is friendly and generally reasonable, but still reports to the company who can inspect the property at any time. Pool is kinda weird. the deepest part is in the middle and it's like 5 feet. The two ends are 3 feet. More like a bathing pool than a swimming pool.
