We were only there for 6 months while we looked for a house. The maintenance staff were all friendly and most of the staff. The apartment we rented was already worn out, the washer and dryer barely worked and constantly asked to have it fix. The dishwasher was ancient and made the loudest noise and at the end of the term they said we didn’t give proper notice even though we told them multiple times we are moving out once we closed on a house and they charged us to replace their old carpet. Stay away from this place it’s not Luxury.

Location is fabulous, grounds always kept nice, one of the ladies in the office is phenomenal- others are just there. Apartment size good but it is not “luxury “ was here a year before they finally replaced kitchen faucet. More expensive than other places with same amenities.
The move in experience has been hard. Firstly you need a cashiers check before you get the keys. Not a big deal unless your bank doesn’t have a branch here like USAA. So we had to move in a day late and open a new bank account. Then when we get here we have to clean before we can unpack. And I don’t mean wipe things down, I mean scrub. Who ever they hire to clean needs some extra supervision. There was food crumbs in the drawers, gunk and sauce on every cabinet. The bathroom sinks still had toothpaste in them 🤢. The property is nice, neighbors are great, office staff great and maintenance crew that we’ve met are all great too. Just FILTHY.

i loved the location but other than that just about everything else was a disappointment. My ac went out 5 times in TWO YEARS. Sayeh has been absolutely 0 help with move out charges. I’m being charged almost $500 for carpet replacement when i SPECIFICALLY requested a unit with no carpet at move in. I never got to see my unit prior to move in and guess what, it had carpet. upon telling the office of course the young lady who sold us the apartment no longer works there. never once was i offered compensation for that or the amount of times my ac was repaired.

I Would like to thank the Office Personnel Staff, Sayeh, Christine, Miriam and Haja for their patience, as I have approached them with many questions before moving in and after! I would also like to thank Francisco and all his maintenance staff for trying to fix any maintenance issues I have had in a timely manner. I enjoy living at the Golf Villa Apartments and love the layout of my apartment. They are in a great location near the beautiful Catalina Mountains with shopping and restaurants nearby.
