Moved in a month ago and it has been nothing but issues, for starters Mirra is incredibly rude and overall unhelpful, move in day rent and parking is paid, to then be told we wouldn’t have a parking spot till the next month… $75 a month to park across the street from the property is crazy, and if you don’t get a parking spot you will have to park along the surrounding neighborhoods due to them selling all available free parking to la rosa. Next the only way to pay your rent is though the credit bureau BILT, you will then continue to receive non stop emails to sign up for the BILT credit card, and management doesn’t post rent till the day it’s due. Lastly packages get stolen constantly and management will do absolutely nothing about it, and say it’s not their responsibility, despite the mail room being the only option for delivery.
I wish I had seen more honest reviews before signing a lease here, I would’ve stayed far away from the absurd prices and poor management.

Regarding rent payments, the BILT app is the only electronic payment option available; otherwise, rent must be paid by check. With that being said, stating that corporate is responsible for posting rent charges is concerning. According to BILT’s policies, property management is responsible for posting charges before rent is due. This is especially concerning because both times I have paid rent, I have been overcharged.
Regarding parking, management’s response is inaccurate. I moved in during September and was told that my assigned parking spot would not be available until October 1st, despite the fact that I had already paid for parking for September. Because the assigned spot was located off the property and across the street, I requested either a different parking spot or for the parking charge to be removed. The spot referenced in the response is still not available. In fact, I was refunded the $75 parking charge, which further supports that the parking situation was not resolved as stated in management’s response.
Lastly, regarding packages, while I understand that individual staff members are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, it is important to acknowledge that package theft does occur on the property. My concern is that management does not appear to take these incidents as seriously as other property violations. Management has taken the time to investigate issues such as incorrect parking or trash being left outside, yet stolen packages and the security concerns surrounding them do not appear to receive the same level of attention. This is particularly concerning for residents who have had their personal property stolen from the property.
