  Considering the price of the apartments I was surprised by the poor management. The apartments are modern and well-lit, but the mail/delivery system is dysfunctional and management is almost impossible to get ahold of. The building manager rarely returned emails and never returned calls, and generally did not follow through after agreeing to help resolve issues.

  The first time we toured the apartment, they gave us a price and a promotion because we were renting in January. Supposedly, we were going to receive a gift card, but we never got it. They also told us that choosing a 12‑month lease would be cheaper. However, when it was time to move in and sign the lease, they raised the price. We were already prepared to move in, so we felt like we couldn’t say no. Throughout the year, there were constant issues with the trash. We were never sure if it would be picked up, and the hallways often smelled because of the uncollected garbage. The entrance to the underground building, near the elevator, was always very dirty. The apartment inside has very cheap and flimsy cabinets. The maintenance worker was the only person who was courteous; aside from him, management had poor customer service skills. The move‑out process was complicated, and they didn’t help us understand what we needed to do. Communication between the apartments and Conservice was also difficult. When they charged me for a bill I didn’t owe, I tried calling the office, but my calls were automatically sent to voicemail every time. They never answered, so I had to go in person to fix the issue. This place is overrated and expensive. There are places downtown with better customer service, better quality, and better amenities.
