  This started out quite well. The on-site manager Jordan was excellent. She was a nice, personable individual who treated the tenants as a valuable resource who could easily find someplace else to live if they so desired. Unfortunately, Jordan left and a new on-site manager started, Timothy. Timothy acts as though his only prior experience in managing apartments was perhaps for low-income housing. We're treated as though we're being given special treatment for just being permitted to pay rent to live here at all. Our own unit has had multiple problems, Jordan graciously helped us through the ones she could. Timothy simply doesn't care. I cannot recommend this place as long as this situation persists.

  A package was marked as delivered with a photo showing it inside the building’s designated package area. When I went to retrieve it, it was missing. After three days, it still has not been returned. I brought the issue directly to the leasing office and was told that they do not monitor the package room and there was nothing they could do. No investigation, no attempt to determine what happened, and no effort to assist. That response is extremely concerning. If management provides a designated area for residents’ packages, there should be reasonable security measures in place, including cameras or some way to investigate when packages disappear. More importantly, residents should be able to expect management to take these issues seriously. The biggest issue here is not the missing package—it is the complete lack of accountability, security, and customer service from the leasing office. If you are considering living here, I would ask very specific questions about package security and what management actually does when residents have issues. Based on my experience, once something goes wrong, you may be on your own.

  Great place if you like disorganized, uncoordinated messes. The trash valet has fined me twice for rules nobody ever told me existed. I pay $120/month to park here and still rack up $50 parking tickets. On Saturdays the doors sit unlocked with zero employees on site, so strangers can wander in and use the facilities whenever they like. The office staff is helpless. I've submitted my renters insurance three separate times, and every month they still charge me for their insurance anyway. The old manager couldn't figure out how to get me logged in to the repair request app — and now that she's gone, the new manager just refuses to submit maintenance requests for me at all. So I pay full rent and get the privilege of fixing everything myself.

  I've thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. Timothy made the move in process extremely smooth and the rest of the staff has been exceptional as well.
