  Alright apartment complex. However, the laundry room usually is mostly full of other people's clothes and occasionally a good majority of the machines are out of order. Also, I've been here for about 4 months now and ever since my 2nd week, the pickleball courts have been locked. We even asked the front desk about it and they didn't know why and that it was Project Management. What do you mean?? Even the front office, doesn't know why they are closed. And if Project Management were to do something to the courts, surely they would've at least posted something by now. But no, still locked. Also, their service for broken AC's is DISAPPOINTING. Our AC had trouble last summer and it took them a long time to fix it. This summer, our AC went out again and it wasn't fixed for another 3.5 weeks! They gave us a portable cooler but that only was enough for one room and they were not willing to give us another. Instead of them just calling an AC company to get it fixed, they try to have their maintenance guys (who knows their experience) fix the unit with whatever parts they had on hand. It wasn't until they basically had replaced every part that they decided to let an actual AC company fix it (over the course of a few weeks since they would say they were coming to fix it but wouldn't actually come for another few days). Even then, it took the AC company a few days to come and so we were in 90 degree temperatures for almost 4 weeks. Hence the 2 stars

  I lived here for about 3 years and most of my experience was okay. Staff is rude and lacks communication. The laundry room is expensive and is left dirty for weeks at a time. I felt relatively safe but my last year was not the best experience. I had packages stolen from my porch, my license plate was stolen along with my car being broken into. Maintenance is nice and usually can get things done quickly - I never experienced any issue with them. The state of the second unit I moved into was disgusting. The carpet was not cleaned and had obvious track marks from high traffic areas in the apartment. There was pee on the toilet seat, hair on the walls and painted into the bathroom drawers. Whoever was in that apartment prior to us definitely smoked in the apartment as the walls were yellow upon move in. And lastly, the fees for amenities are ridiculous. It seems like they are trying to charge for anything and everything they can - parking that has no assigned spots, valet trash service that you cannot opt out of, and amenities that aren’t kept clean half the time. My first year was very nice here but the last several have been less than ideal. Especially given that this complex is trying to be “luxury”.

  Unfortunately our first option was taken so we decided to chose different appartment but Tia was really nice and welcomed us,even remembered our names so just wanted to say thank you here.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Promontory Apartments has honestly been my favorite place I’ve ever lived… I really don’t ever want to leave. The views are beautiful and genuinely breathtaking at times. The landscaping is always clean, well-kept, and the whole place just feels peaceful and cared for. The amenities are a huge highlight. There are two heated pools and two spa jacuzzis, which makes it feel like a constant little getaway. The pools are awesome and super relaxing. They do go down occasionally, but it’s usually due to residents not respecting the space, not from lack of effort from management. The gym is honestly next level — brand new renovated, state-of-the-art, and easily the best gym I’ve ever been in. All new equipment, every type of machine you can think of, Pelotons, Pelicans, free weights, cardio, everything. There’s even a boxing room, and it connects to an indoor basketball court too. It’s huge and absolutely a standout feature of the property. There are also large laundry rooms with digital payment systems, which makes everything super convenient. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Maintenance is quick, reliable, and they actually get things done right the first time. It’s also super quiet overall, which I really appreciate. Only small note is the dog community around 5:30 can be a little judgmental sometimes, but only if your like me which is guess is wierd but I love to live life what can I say,  but that’s about it. Overall, I love living here. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and truly feels like home. And anybody who is looking should choose here, but please pick up after your pet if you bring one .

  Reserved an apartment found out it had carpet which I specifically asked not to have, plus the carpet had two huge stains on it, used the dishwasher for the first time and all of the garbage disposal or dishwasher water came up in the sink smelled so bad, one of the plugs doesn’t work in living room, hot water stops after about 5 min shower, batteries went out on digital door lock not sure how long that’s supposed to last but I would think that’s something that would be changed out for a new resident, I got locked out for about 20 mins handyman showed up to put new batteries only because I got a hold of him 5 mins before they stop answering the phones, called the front desk office 3 mins before closing they said I would have to pay to have someone come out to replace the batteries, but handyman said it’s on them for that, I just wonder what would of happened if I would of been locked out after the office is closed not a good experience for me so far it’s only been a month at promontory and I regret trusting the staff to let me know that there wasn’t carpet in the living room which had stains already :/ forgot to add the homeless people hanging out inside the complex not outside but inside the complex behind the trash cans I saw a man removing what looked like his own dieing skin on the bottom of his leg, it was black and blue in color not a sight to see I’m disgusted 🤢
