  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Promontory Apartments has honestly been my favorite place I’ve ever lived… I really don’t ever want to leave. The views are beautiful and genuinely breathtaking at times. The landscaping is always clean, well-kept, and the whole place just feels peaceful and cared for. The amenities are a huge highlight. There are two heated pools and two spa jacuzzis, which makes it feel like a constant little getaway. The pools are awesome and super relaxing. They do go down occasionally, but it’s usually due to residents not respecting the space, not from lack of effort from management. The gym is honestly next level — brand new renovated, state-of-the-art, and easily the best gym I’ve ever been in. All new equipment, every type of machine you can think of, Pelotons, Pelicans, free weights, cardio, everything. There’s even a boxing room, and it connects to an indoor basketball court too. It’s huge and absolutely a standout feature of the property. There are also large laundry rooms with digital payment systems, which makes everything super convenient. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Maintenance is quick, reliable, and they actually get things done right the first time. It’s also super quiet overall, which I really appreciate. Only small note is the dog community around 5:30 can be a little judgmental sometimes, but only if your like me which is guess is wierd but I love to live life what can I say,  but that’s about it. Overall, I love living here. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and truly feels like home. And anybody who is looking should choose here, but please pick up after your pet if you bring one .

  I feel safe here, I’m really happy they built a gated entrance so it’s more private, especially at night. I really enjoy how clean they keep the property. The only thing that worries me is that it seems like they’re constantly adding new mandatory add-on services that all have fees, and it’s starting to stack on top of our regular rent; They are nice services though. I really like the location, it feels tucked away from traffic, and the view of the mountains and the city is beautiful.

  Even though I have the large amount of savings, monthly check from the veterans Administration. Also a federal job and I still got denied. I'm so glad I heard my country because I got to be another homeless veteran.

  Excellent apartments I had the privilege to call home. The staff here was always friendly and helpful if I ever needed anything. Especially Crystal! Thank you all for all you do here at promontory. I’ll miss you as I move out!
