  I was stay as a guest one day with my bro.I feeled very good and comfortable here.The location was amazing views,many spaces, AC, swiming pool, parking on shed, dish washer, washing machine with dryer,exercise equipments on hall, rent is so reliable.

  I’m rewriting this review. This review is for the staff themselves of Peak of Oro Valley. I had a very positive experience with the management team at The Peak at Oro Valley. Due to an unexpected change in my circumstances before I ever moved into the apartment, I needed to ask whether they would consider releasing me from my lease. They handled my situation with professionalism, understanding, and generosity. I realize that a signed lease is a serious commitment and that management was under no obligation to accommodate my request. I was extremely grateful that they took the time to consider my individual circumstances and worked with me toward a resolution. Throughout the process, everyone I dealt with was courteous and respectful. Their willingness to show compassion in my particular situation left me with a very favorable impression of The Peak at Oro Valley and its management team. I sincerely appreciate the way they treated me and would gladly recommend the community to others.

  We’ve called the Peak At Oro Valley our home for the past two years. We are leaving in September 2026. We moved here September 2024. The floor plan of the two bedroom two bath is excellent and it has a fireplace and a patio or bottom floor very spacious, laid out really well so you ask why we’re leaving well to put it simply the management staff here is very condescending and very nonchalant thanks everybody that calls is just complaining when they’re voicing real concerns so unfortunately we’ve got to move. It’s just not worth it. The grounds are full of dog waste. The pools are chained up from time to time without any email sent out for what’s going on. It’s a it’s just a constant battle to get any information. It’s unfortunate because it is a nice property, but it’s gone downhill in the past two years and I would say it’s a direct result of the attitude of the management. Staff maintenance is fine. They they come into their job but if you’re gonna move here, I caution you on what you’re gonna get thanks. I’ll leave a part two after we’ve moved in September

  Today we had Tony show us the Property and also their 2 bedroom and one bath apartment and we are very interested on the last visit when he showed us the 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit because it has more of a home setting. We most definitely will be back come December time to see if there is any available come February time!. We appreciate Tony for his professional demeanor and keeping us updated on viewing another floor plan. We love the neighborhood because it is right down the street from my work and it makes it so convenient. Hope they will have availability come December time 😇. Thank you Tony!   My experience here is simple. When I fist came here it was a first experience being in the desert, but having the mountains nearby it changed my perspective. The experience at Peak @ Oro Valley has been the oasis in the middle of the desert. From the first time I came through the admin office I was welcomed like I would be in a country club. It was as easy as signing digital documents getting all my belongings in the apartments and occupying it. I love my peace and quiet and this place is just fenomenal to walk around peacefully with other people being friendly, but also minding their own business. Management has been great to deal with, we receive emails and other correspondence of events or anything that happens in the premises, so this is a very safe community to live in. Truly recommend living here.
