  I had a very disappointing experience living at Las Brisas Apartments, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this complex, especially to international residents. One of my biggest concerns was the number of fees and additional charges on top of already high rent prices. Most seriously, I was charged a move-out-related fee without receiving proper notice or communication beforehand. I am now unfortunately dealing with a collection issue as a result. Residents should not have to discover unexpected charges after moving out, particularly when those charges can potentially affect their financial and credit situation. Clear and timely communication about move-out charges should be a basic responsibility of property management. Most concerning to me was how I felt I was treated as an international resident. Based on my personal interactions with complex manager Cathy (Cathi A.), I felt that I was treated differently and without the same level of respect and consideration that every resident deserves. This is clear racism for international residents. Also, I was not the only person facing this kind of issue during my time at the complex. This left me feeling discriminated against and extremely uncomfortable. International residents should feel respected and welcomed in the community they are paying to call home. My experience specifically with the management was equally frustrating. In particular, my interactions with Cathy, one of the managers, were extremely disappointing. I found her communication style unprofessional and dismissive, and I did not feel that she made a genuine effort to understand or resolve my concerns. Problem-solving and respectful communication should be fundamental qualities for someone managing a residential community. The condition and maintenance of the apartments were another major disappointment. I experienced problems with bugs inside the apartment, and in my opinion, the overall complex was not maintained to the standard I would expect considering the amount residents are asked to pay. Between the high rent, excessive and unexpected charges, maintenance and bug issues, poor communication, and my negative experience with management, my overall experience with Las Brisas Apartments was unacceptable. I strongly encourage anyone considering living here—particularly international residents—to carefully review the lease, move-out policies, additional fees, and every charge in writing before signing or moving out. I expected professional management, transparent billing, reasonable maintenance, and respectful treatment as a resident. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  my experience for getting my apartment went super smoothly! there were a few barriers that were in the way but luckily Claudia and Denise were very helpful to fix these barriers and even helped me go over documents that i didn’t understand! overall , i recommend leasing an apartment here at las brisas and getting help from Denise and Claudia ! 😊

  If I could put Zero Stars I would. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. DO NOT LIVE HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! They also have SO many hidden fees taxed on to your rent. There are Roaches everywhere!! They only show you the upgraded apartments. The floor is TRASH, paper thin and the charge you a LOT to replace it. New tenants beware!!

  Cathy did an amazing job at helping us find our home! She is very friendly and helped us with every single question we had. Property is clean and well kept. I recommend this property!
