THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE PLEASEEE LISTEN TO THE COMMENTS AND REVIEWS That was a mistake we made!! I would strongly advise against living here. Management appears to look for any opportunity to issue complaints or charge additional fees and They all have NASTY ATTITUDES especially ( ANA AND SANTANA) even for minor or unreasonable matters (for example, being cited for leaving a chair outside). Ongoing maintenance issues are frequent and serious—our countertop began lifting due to water damage, a ceiling fan detached , also the ceiling leaks water monsoon season , Additionally, we experienced a significant cockroach infestation despite maintaining the apartment in a thoroughly clean condition. Overall, the recurring problems and excessive charges made this an extremely frustrating and costly living experience. Since we’ve moved out they are now trying to charge us for everything that we’ve been complaining about when we lived there .. absolutely ridiculous.

Current Resident since 5/31/24, very grateful to have decent/ cheap rent pricing, (2024-current time)
Certain maintenance team members are rude/ unprofessional (seems more like of an annoyance or a burden to ask them for repairs on things), not to mention the time it takes to repair things in your unit let alone the amenities around the complex.
Certain office staff members are also rude and ready to brush things off to the side (even through the staff change during my time here).
Landlord specials as well when it comes to the inside of the units, (if you know-you know)
If you’re taking the time to read this review to get an idea of the place as a whole and if it’s worth living here- then please note that so far (in my experience) ,the only plus was the price is hard to beat- other than that, I wish I would’ve spent more time looking elsewhere. This isn’t my first apartment either, this is number 4, I’ve had worst and better.
Gaines Investment Group (if they are still running the show) is a joke so far in my opinion. I would recommend looking into complexes that are run by HSL, they may be a little bit pricier than this complex, but I promise it’ll be worth the satisfaction :)
Happy Hunting! :)

One of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in.
My apartment was right next to the office, and when I signed my lease, I was specifically told that I could park in front of the office on weekends. I did exactly that one time and they literally towed my car overnight.
They put a warning sticker on my car Saturday night while I was asleep, then had it towed Sunday morning. Seriously? How was I supposed to see the warning if I was sleeping? I woke up to the sound of my own car horn and watched my car being towed away right in front of my eyes. I had to chase the tow truck all the way to the south side of town in an Uber and pay hundreds of dollars just to get my car back.
What made the situation even worse is that the office staff knew me and knew it was my car. They could have called me, emailed me, or even knocked on my door before towing it, but they didn’t even make the effort. They just had it towed.
As if that wasn’t enough, the laundry machines are constantly broken, and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbors do.
I honestly can’t recommend this place, especially for older adults or working professionals looking for a stress-free place to live. My experience here was incredibly disappointing, and I can’t wait to get out of this place
