  Living at La Hacienda Apartments has been an absolute pleasure. The community is quiet, well‑maintained, and feels genuinely cared for. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. My apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything in great working order. The grounds are beautifully kept, parking is easy, and the location is incredibly convenient. I’ve felt safe, supported, and right at home here. I’d recommend La Hacienda to anyone looking for a great place to live in Tucson.

  Love the lady's in the office Sabrina was amazing on my tour offered me a soda and snacks in the apartment I saw grounds were beautiful I am going to apply when I get paid.

  I regret renewing my lease, I’ve been waiting two weeks for a new A/C unit, and asked if my oven could be replaced. I was basically told to kick rocks and the unit is “six months old” despite me living here almost two years and that stovetop being old and dirty when it got placed into my apartment. I’m not stupid, but the staff here seem to think so, and that’s *after* I called their useless customer service line. Give me a break, I work in the service industry, and you’re doing a poor job. People deserve to know. I know you’ll leave your number again, so please give me the name of the woman that called me back when I called your line directly. Her lack of tact in a customer service setting was apparent by her condescending tone, as if to chastise me for having a simple concern.
