  Saw the listing on Zillow and tried to schedule a self guided tour. The AI generated software requested ID verification, which was provided but I never received an access code to tour and now they have personal information. I also tried to call numerous numbers after going back-and-forth on text with AI which just kept requesting ID information and drove all the way down to see the property because it said they would send the access code 15 minutes prior to tour time, but never received anything. I couldn’t get a human to answer the phone for the life of me. Horrible experience for trying to secure a residence.

  While that is very nice and helpful lady worked in office @ Icon on Pima, the corporate greedy people declined to refund,since they have a "problem with our system" an offered refundable $40.00 promotional application deposit for 2 months as of today 03.09.26. Guess they decide to keep my money for their own needs.. Even if you keep all of your paperwork in writing that is very hard to get that promissed money back!

  My experience with these apartments were grossly so bad ! Manager not professional at all , he gave the keys like nothing to go checkout the apartment our selfs and that is not the way to do these things , safety is very important and for us to see that he can lend the keys to anyone else like that not ok . Another thing was the system were down for awhile so last minute somethings were not approved but to wait that long to get this not ok , other than all of this my man was driving without his license and I was not with my ID he had “accidentally” kept them and forgot to give it to us not ok either . It’s been 10+ days that we have not received the 100 dollars we put down as a down payment.

  I was very happy with the location, right next to the bus stop and not a far walk from Stardust Town. There were times when the complex was noisy after hours when people would sneak into the pool. I always found the management accessible, accommodating, and friendly.
