  If I could give it a zero stars I would. It is currently July 31, 2026 and we've lived here for about 5 months and since day 1 we've had ROACHES. After a few months we let the office know and they've come to spray multiple times and even had a "clean out" on our building but still had them come out almost daily. They have not offered to move us into another unit or anything. They think spraying will get rid of them and thats that. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

  Not a bad place to live. The process is different every where. We had or have an issue with the process of moving out. We were told it would be $755 and not the original $830, which was provided on June 18th. Uh now, we have until July 4th or it will be turned over to collections? Which is not our fault… done believe me? Look below. This is the most frustrating process I’ve ever gone through. As this situation and how it was handled is unprofessional.

  Me and family been living here for The last couple of months we love it here:) Jessica, the manager is the best very understandable. Me and my family haven’t had any issues Jessica the Manager is on top of it 💜 thank you for going above and beyond. Keep up the good work.

  I had such a great experience working with my property manager Jessica during my move from California to Tucson. Relocating can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth and manageable from start to finish. She were always responsive, patient, and willing to answer all my questions, no matter how small. What really stood out was how supportive and understanding she was throughout the application and move-in process. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I’m so grateful for her help in getting me into my new apartment. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, efficient, and genuinely caring!
