  Im gonna start this by saying I love the apartment. Its very spacious, and they keep the complex clean. So I would love to give them 5 stars, but I have a couple concerns. Ive read the reviews about the property manager, Samar, and yes I can see why people like her. But its impossible to get ahold of her through the phone, and whenever I've spoken to her, she makes me feel as though im an inconvenience. I understand she's busy and has a lot going on, but the way she speaks to me makes me feel really small. During my lease signing process, I wasnt able to get ahold of her or get her to call me back if i had questions. Maybe its just me, because im not one of her friends that hang out in the office all day, but its making me not want to live here.

  I’m definitely going to be making a second review about these apartments when we get settled in, but first I want to mention how helpful, nice, and bubbly Samar was when my boyfriend and I were looking around for a new apartment. She answered all of our questions, was very honest with us and had a great attitude. Her thoughtful actions made both of us very excited to move in as quickly as possible! We appreciate her kindness and are excited to become members of the icon apartments!

  One of the best properties in Tucson with the best leasing manager. Very quiet community and peaceful, would definitely recommend.

  From the moment I first met Samar, I was welcomed with the biggest, warmest smile. She is incredibly friendly and genuinely makes you feel at home right away. Even though I’ve only lived here for three months, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. One of the highlights was getting to celebrate a special holiday event at the apartment community. We enjoyed hot chocolate, fresh-baked cookies, took pictures, and had the chance to meet our neighbors. It was such a thoughtful and wonderful way to bring everyone together. Any time I’ve had an issue with my apartment, Samar has taken care of it promptly and professionally. She truly goes above and beyond for her tenants, and I can’t begin to express how thankful I am. She is, without a doubt, one of the best apartments manager’s I’ve ever had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️good luck with everything Samar Abi-Aad☺️
