I toured the community with Daniel in May and he was super knowledgeable. He showed me a studio and a one bed and the one bed is def my fave! What i really liked about the community is they have a utility package that rolls up all the utilities (including electric) into one simple bill--flat rate...Daniel showed me a unit that had a beautiful view of an orange tree. If I didnt have kids I would rent in a heart beat. Location is great!

Unfortunately this place is in ruin. Only one working elevator for the entire building and it's been this way over 3 months now. Trying to get moved into or out of a unit on the upper floors is nearly impossible with only one tiny working elevator, as it's the service elevators that's been down for months. It also makes it difficult for handicapable individuals, which, the handicap entry is destroyed now as well, so if you are handicapable this complex is not up to code or standard. The homeless population around the area is rampant, they try to and sometimes successfully do get into the building or sleep outside next to your vehicle or in the pet relief area (it's just a bunch of rocks by the postal bin) the homeless are constantly digging through the dumpster, approaching and asking for money or cigs, and will pull the mattresses from the dump out into the parking lot and sleep there. Speaking of pets and parking lots, there's constant pet pee in the elevator because we only have one available and it takes 5-10 minutes to get a ride. People constantly park in no parking zones behind the spaces where paid individuals park, so those paying for parking can't get out and the whole area is covered in trash (they used to get towed and things were better when a past employee was here). The place as a whole is falling apart, nothing gets fixed or addressed. They claim there is security but I've never seen them and no one ever answered or responded when I did call. Sure, some of the neighbors and staff are friendly, but whatever property management company is running this place is essentially just a slumlord. The windows leak during storms, there's mold in the ducts, elevators don't work, washing machines are often out of order, the paint for "touch ups" doesn't match and the PM company can't be bothered to repaint the units as a whole so your unit will be multiple shades of white or off white, they don't even clean the curtains between tennants, mine have big stains, the common areas need updating as the furniture is filthy, and because its all concrete, when your loud, drunk neighbors come in at 2am from the bar or decide to have an arguement at max volume in the hall, you can hear it echo into your room and down the hall. Same when pets bark, which is sad, because it feels and sounds like a kennel. Sure, the view is lovely and its nearby to shops and such but that alone won't cut it. The property management company doesn't lift a finger, so much is broken and out of order or in need of the basics or bare minimum and they just cant be bothered. . . This place has potential but unfortunately whoever owns it doesnt care
