  The front office people very rude very unwelcoming very unprofessional. . Trash always everywhere. Dog shit everywhere people have no respect. Maintenance is welcoming and friendly but doesn't show up when need or say they will Mostly just rude. Service every time we ask questions or go in the office they always greet us rudly We pay are rent on time never had problems with us in tell it's Time for us to ask question get information or answers in stuff.

  Visited a friend here. Was threatened by a neighbor crazy neighbor that thought I was a Constable here to evict him. I was just wearing a suit. Not a safe place to visit. Why would you live here? There is also a horrible stench every now and then from the pool.

  I’d give this place a negative amount of stars if that was an option! I have to say that this apartment complex used to be nice and free from dog feces but ever since the new manager took over it’s gone completely down hill. The turnover here is crazy. It’s like most people don’t stay more than a year. The new manger does not look into anything that is said to her before reacting. Someone can make up an allegation against you and she goes with it and once she has a vendetta against you she will make your life a living hell and continue to harass you and give out notices to you on things that are not even true. She won’t even allow you the courtesy to defend a claim against you. Oh and pray nothing in your apartment breaks cuz They refuse to fix anything . My ceiling in my bathroom fell in nine months ago and I’ve been waiting for the drywall people to come and fix it but it’s been one excuse after another on why it’s not done and why they’re still duct tape across my ceiling in my bathroom and it’s been that way for nine months. It’s crazy to me that the maintenance people don’t know how to do drywall. I would think that that would be part of a requirement for maintenance. At any rate since the new manager took over everything is all bad here and I would not suggest for anybody to live here. It was a really good place to live prior to the new office staff taking over. It is now unbearable. Stay away unless you enjoy being harassed, having to live with broken things that won’t be fixed for months and having to see and smell dog feces everywhere!

  Would also give this place a zero if I could. I lived here and when I moved in I had a cracked toilet seat that was never replaced. The worst is that when I had MICE in the apartment I let the office know and they said they would put in traps. They put down (2) $0.99 ones that snap in the kitchen. So I got my own and caught 17 mice! That was just in 2 weeks. Once I told the office lady she was like "Oh wow that's a lot" and nothing was done. I mentioned there was mouse poop everywhere and they told me to take out the fridge and clean it and to move the stove myself. By the time I left me and my brother caught a total of 56 mice and they still charged me for the cleaning of the apartment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!!
