  If i could give a zero i would nothing gets fixed in a timely manner had no ac for 3 weeks have a big hole in bathroom from a "project" they were fixing a leak on my ceiling now a big ass hole in my room where Roches spiders are constantly running around not worth 1,600 might as well get a house 🤣

  The front office people very rude very unwelcoming very unprofessional. . Trash always everywhere. Dog shit everywhere people have no respect. Maintenance is welcoming and friendly but doesn't show up when need or say they will Mostly just rude. Service every time we ask questions or go in the office they always greet us rudly We pay are rent on time never had problems with us in tell it's Time for us to ask question get information or answers in stuff.

  The laundry room is disgusting there’s no hot water here and the office people are so young and they don’t know what they’re doing it’s disturbing to live here

  I believe its better than it was some months ago. Chris is a great person and had been great to me and my husband. He was very helpful to my husband who has been blind since childhood by reading the documents and explaining from beginning to end what certain documents were that he signed.
