I bought a double wide manufactured home from Clayton (actually a Cavco sold by Clayton). Mayra is the only one who gives a hoot about her customers. Brian the mangager is often unresponsive throughout my whole process overpromising and under delivering. Cavco home did not come as I ordered or wanted. I relied on the team to put the order together based off our conversations and they missed two key issues. They are dragging their feet on everything. They do not get back to you in a timely manner on anything (I am talking leaving message after message with no response). You have to be a butthole just to get them to do anything which is highly frustrating. It feels like they just want your money and once they get the signed contract they give 2 licks about their customers. I would not suggest buying from either company at this moment.

Bought a new single wide from Clayton. Do yourself a favor and SHOP AROUND!! sadly, very little attention to detail on trim boards, shower install, and counter tops. All had to be fixed and resecured. The AC unit, primarily the air handler, built by Carrier, is absolute junk. Inside unit was/is leaking water all over the floor. Clayton tried claiming only a 1 year warranty FROM DATE OF MANUFACTURE!! house was many months old before it even arrived, so of course Clayton will not honor any warranty. Bunch of cheap crooks, especially at the TUCSON office. Stay away.

Didn’t bother helping me view cheaper budget friendly homes didn’t want to sell cheaper homes after I found them only interested in selling 400k mobiles and don’t say it wasn’t your location it was the Clayton homes on Palo verde specifically

My mother bought a defected home she had no hot water for over a month the heat and ac leak from the patch airduct work that was done, why do I feel hot air under the house?right now?. So now we have to pay a independent company to come out and check out on whats going on. Im not happy with this company at all.
