  We are new owners of a property in an Associa community. We’ve had many questions and a few issues that have all been met with good and helpful responses. It’s very important when moving into a new place. Our thanks go out to the management and staff.

  Recently, my mother of 66 years of age passed, after having built her new retirement home in Rancho Sahuarita. Prior to her passing in late March 2026, she acquired a couple of late charges with fees, though she paid the HOA cost itself faithfully. When I inquired with John Cousins at Associa about these charges/fees, they were quick to address, removed and allowed me to bring the home that I am now living in current with ease, compassion and a high-level of customer service. I am grateful for John’s assistance in this already hard time in my family’s life and look forward to working with him should I need it in the future. Rene Baca

  I work with HOA managers all the time, and John Cousins really stood out to me. I was honestly taken back by how kind and helpful he was throughout the process.
