  Our Association is a mixed bag(3 HOAs and Independents) and our Agent Tara Yokley has been most helpful in getting bids for us when requested, constant agent for our Gate and Maintained areas. She is responsive to our needs and requests. This has eased our duties of boards and record keeping greatly.

  ​If I could leave a zero-star rating, I would. Dealing with Associa in Rancho Sahuarita has been extremely frustrating. Instead of working with residents to resolve problems, the management prioritizes arguing and trying to prove people wrong. Associa operates strictly around imposing fines and collecting fees rather than serving the community. It is deeply disappointing to see a property management company treat its residents this way.

  I’ve been a 23 year resident in Rancho Sahuarita. I think sometimes our HOA doesn’t always get the best reputation. I reported a large tree branch down in a common area and thanks to great communication with John. He had AAA landscaping out quickly to take it away. We have to work together and watch out for maintenance that the HOA may not be aware of . Report it on the App. Easily. Good Job and Thank you.
