An HOA is in place to serve the community not continuously harass and badger the residents who actually reside in the community. Unfortunately this current management falls short of basic professional standards needed to effectively solve very basic issues. Specifically, Courtney Kabins and Kara Jersey who are VERY poor representatives and do not represent Associa with integrity or professionalism. They both regularly ignore communication from homeowners and recently just blatantly ignored my attempted communication. Their approach to enforcement is overly combative and borderline retaliatory toward residents. I recently submitted an ARC request to install a simple double gate to store a trailer (that I use on a daily basis) away from the view of the street and in my backyard. It was a very simple request. First off the CC&R’s allow for gates to be installed as long as they match the community scheme. I simply submitted the request because if I hadn’t I would have been harassed and fined like no tomorrow. The review committee on multiple occasions insisted I send multiple photos/measurements of the proposed work which was already included in the initial request. The review process was very repetitive and took several weeks which seemed outlandish for a very simple request. The entire time I waited for the request to be approved I was being fined for having the trailer in my driveway for the short period I needed to have the request approved and the new gate installed. Human beings live in these communities and build lives and make a living in these communities. Is a trailer being parked in my driveway for a short period of time while I build a double gate to store it away really such a crime? I think this company and management team has lost sight in what a HOA is really meant to provide for a community. Is there an opt out feature? I am tired of paying an association my hard earned money who simply harass and badger me in return for simply living and building a life in one of their communities.

Associa has been impossible to talk to for questions, getting any answers, getting anything done. I am considering selling my villa to get away from their inability to take care of any issue.

I have been waiting for over two weeks to have my roof repaired at Quail Creek. I have spoken with four different people at your company and have provided emails with photos and descriptions of the damage. No response with any date to fix my roof. My next call will be to the Better Busibess Bureau.

This company is a joke. My auto payments stopped working. Yet i still get monthly emails from them stating payments are being taken from my account on x date. I never look at my account for such small amounts. Auto pay broke 1/1/25. I never got an email. Text. Phone call, nothing to let me know there was a payment issue. Then i get a letter in the mail i was sent to collections. I paid my bill plus there bogus fees. Just a garbage company. And dont expect any real help if you also get a letter. Something so simple should be handled in like a 10min phone call... took me 2 weeks of calling and leaving voice mails just to be able to pay.
Im sure there excuses is we sent a letter. Shove that letter! Im sure you sent something on my paperless statement.
P.s its 2026 staying in contact with someone is beyond simple. If you need employee training on how to use a phone or how to send a text let me know!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Christina Lostutter regarding a crack in the wall along my property, and I wanted to recognize her outstanding customer service.
I wasn't sure whether the wall repair was my responsibility or the HOA's, but Christina took the time to explain the process and asked me to send photos so the issue could be reviewed. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our conversation.
I also stopped by to drop off a fallen street sign that may have needed to be handled by the Town, but Christina took ownership of the situation and made sure it was addressed. It is rare to find someone who is so willing to help and follow through.
Thank you, Christina, for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. It was truly appreciated.
