I have been living in these apartments for a little over 2 years now. So far, everything has been great.
The good things about this place are the green areas, the amazing fitness studio, and the apartment units. Whether they are remodeled or not, they are pretty well equipped, and there are not a lot of roaches. The parking lot is big, and you can park in the shade for free as long as the spot is not reserved.
The leasing staff is very kind, helpful, and communicative, as is the maintenance team. However, there are some things this place could improve.
One of the reasons I chose this place was because it is gated for entry and exit, and after 5 p.m., you need an access code to get in. It turns out that in the 2 years I have lived here, I have only used the code about five times because the gate is always broken. The exit gate is also always open, and cars use it to enter the complex the wrong way, nearly causing accidents.
This place does have laundry facilities. Although there are many washers and dryers, a large number of the dryers do not heat up and have been like that for months, to the point where I just dry my clothes inside my unit because we are not allowed to hang clothes on the balcony either.
They do have a dog park, but it is always very dirty, and the smell is bad.
As for the pools (there are two), they are nice and big, but I was told they were heated during the winter, and I have noticed that they are not. Not even the jacuzzis.
Overall, these apartments are nice and better than most others out there. I do recommend them. The lease terms are flexible, ranging from 3 to 13 months, I believe.
Upate: they gave me a notice for having a dryer in my patio yet they don’t fix the ones in the laundry room. Unbelievable.
