  It was such a quick and easy process. He came and did an amazing job explaining changing the filter to me, said I should get it changed monthly. He was so pleasant and was okay with my dog, jumping all over him.

  The welcome was kind and the environment was clean and neat. I’m not sure however that the agent understood my set of circumstances completely. I’m hoping for a positive outcome, it seems to be a nice place to live.

  If I could give negative stars for this I wouldn’t hesitate. This place seems nice and atmospherically it is but when it’s time for the lease to renew you will only receive one email reminder. Trust me you do not want to miss the email if you intend on moving out, otherwise they will charge you more than $3k to leave in good standing. Not only will you be paying rent and utilities for the first full month of ending the lease but also half of the next month too! I don’t know about you but moving is already expensive but to have such an expensive release from lease it’s literally a break the bank type of thing for the everyday working person.
