He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently.   I moved in last fall and I could not be happier! The apartments are beautiful and well laid out, but I appreciate the property management and how well maintained the property is. The location is also great! Shout out to Ivan for handling any maintenance issues quickly!

  Absolutely gorgeous! Compared to other “luxury” apartments in the area, this one actually delivers. If you value your peace and quiet, this is the spot. Brand new everything, plenty of high class spots nearby, and a great view. No community center/gym, but let’s face it, if you want to workout then you’ve already got an expensive gym membership anyways.

  Aerie La Cholla has the most beautiful views at night. With the easiest access to the freeway, and close proximity to Northwest Hospital, it makes for a great location! The staff are all super kind and helpful, so no issue is too big or too small. We are proud to support Aerie La Cholla!
