  I have lived at Sundancer for many years. I have seen managers come and go and Cruz is by far the best manager we've had! She is fair, but firm and keeps Sundancer apartments safe and beautiful. If you desire a quiet, clean and safe place to live, look no further!

  My wife and I have loved living in the complex for what will be a year later this month. The complex is clean and quiet (aside from when kids are being kids and playing outside). The on residence maintenance gentleman cleans daily while the gardeners visit weekly. The amenities are enjoyable in reference to the gym, pool and jacuzzi. Cruz in the front office is always responsive to any needs and are completed quickly. We have plenty of space for our belongings across the kitchen cabinets, laundry shelves and closets. Would recommend anyone to reside in the complex.

  Outdated expensive apartments. 1.6k for 2 bed 2 bath unit for tenants that have lived there for years and 1.2k for new tenants? Washer and dryers smell and faucets don’t work. AC does not work during the summer and they don’t fix it either when you tell them. Go somewhere else 😴

  I lived here for two years. The apartments are due for renovations because the interior is from the 80s. It is obvious not much has been done to the apartments to upkeep over the years. You could find a new apartment with very comparable rent. I have always found the manager to be rude and abrasive. She treats you like you’re a criminal. They also went through a spell where they were towing a lot of cars.

  I lived there for 1 year and I enjoyed it!!! Nicole is the greatest! Very friendly and helpful. Management seems to make the comfort of their residents first priority. I wish I would have stay longer, but I had to move out due to some personal issues 😭😭😭😭😭 Thank you so much 💖💖 Keep up the good work Nicole!! #GodblessYou
