  My wife and I have loved living in the complex for what will be a year later this month. The complex is clean and quiet (aside from when kids are being kids and playing outside). The on residence maintenance gentleman cleans daily while the gardeners visit weekly. The amenities are enjoyable in reference to the gym, pool and jacuzzi. Cruz in the front office is always responsive to any needs and are completed quickly. We have plenty of space for our belongings across the kitchen cabinets, laundry shelves and closets. Would recommend anyone to reside in the complex.

  I have lived here at Sundancer for 3 years, This is my very first apartment home living experience ever! I was afraid to live in a complex as I never had but I must say that it has been fairly smooth and that I appreciate the small community and friendliness that we have here. It's pretty quiet, clean and if there is something that needs to be taken care of Cruz and Jesus are always very prompt! There maybe could be a few updates like fixtures and better windows (cold air comes thru as well as heat causing higher utility bills) but overall I am peaceful! We genuinely care and look out for one another here and I appreciate that so much!

  I want to move in so bad, just waiting for availability. Nicole is the greatest! Very friendly and helpful. Management seems to make the comfort of their residents first priority.

  Adriana thank you for taking pride in keeping The Sundancer Apartments in optimal conditions. The fact that my friends and family compliment the cleanliness and quiet environment each time they visit speaks monuments of a well managed apartment complex. Give yourself a pat in the back. I'd also like to thank you for your promptness in handling all of our concerns. You were truly missed during your prenatal absence as you could tell the difference in management and upkeep of the property. It wasn't the same! I'm sure that other tenants are in full agreement with me. Once again thank you.

  Been standing outside the leading office for an hour looking get some information about renting. Apparently a half hour ago they decided to close early. I guess they really dont want any new residency. 🤷‍♀️ Update: we left a voicemail which actually stated that they close at 5 and let them know they needed to update all their advertising, signage, etc. We were leaving and got told by a resident that the office staff regularly closes shop early. So who is her boss? If I was her boss I'd fire her just for the lost business.
