  Living here for the past three months has been pretty good. The property and amenities are nice. They take pride in maintaining the property. They recently resurfaced the pool deck area and cleaned the carpets in the hallways. I recall an email about some upcoming painting as well. There’s also a fabulous air‑freshener system in the hallways, which I love because it always smells clean and fresh. I’ve had to put in a couple of maintenance orders, and the issues have always been resolved quickly. No issues there. My only complaint; when I toured the property, I was provided an itemized statement listing the monthly rent and convenience charges. I was told “official” documents would be emailed for my electronic signature later that evening. When I received the documents, the numbers were over $2K HIGHER from the statement I was given hours earlier. I wasn’t able to reach the office until the next day, and by then the rent had INCREASED by $75 and they refused to honor the price even though it was due to their error. That definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I was only in town for two days to look at apartments, so I didn’t have a choice at that point or I would have moved on to the next place. Overall, I recommend living here. However, choose a unit on the East side of the property. There is a business on the West side of the property and it can get loud very early in the morning. Otherwise, everything else has been great. The property manager, Megan, is awesome — her door is always open, and she’s always welcoming with a smile!

  Megan has been an amazing leasing manager! Even though she just started this year, she is already doing an outstanding job. She is always quick to respond and very attentive whenever we have questions or need assistance. Megan is professional, reliable, and truly cares about the residents. It’s been a great experience working with her, and I really appreciate all her help!
