  BEWARE - especially college students. The REV will charge inappropriate fees (like an early termination fee even if you provided the proper notice) AFTER you have moved out and paid your balance. They then immediately write off the amount and send it to collections. Months later, you will get hounded by collections company called Property Receivables, and they will report you to the credit agencies in a SCAM to collect fees that are not valid...and damage your credit if you don't pay. This is the worst college town SCAM I've ever seen and it's sad they have to resort to praying on young college students and graduates, ruining their credit. The WORST thing is you CANNOT get anyone to answer the phone at their properties or at their corporate office. They don't want to talk to anyone because they know they are in the wrong and don't want to help you deal with their collections agencies to make it right.

  My experience living here has been great. Specifically, Priscilla from the leasing office always goes above and beyond to help us out no matter the situation. I recently had an issue with retrieving an Amazon package. She went the extra mile to resolve my problem and did it without hesitation. I am very appreciative of the leasing office and my overall experience living at The Rev!

  The worst management I have seen in the apartment market in Tempe. After we went in for a tour we were looking at applying and moving into an apartment here. We emailed, called, and texted the management team asking simple questions and not one time did we hear any sort of answers. Stay away from this place if you value your time and effort, lord only knows what it would have been like if we were actually living there and needed any assistance.

  I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The staff (Priscilla) is friendly and responsive, maintenance requests get handled quickly, and the property stays clean and quiet. The location is convenient and the apartments are well maintained. Definitely recommend checking this place out.
