  Amenities and rooms are nice, but there’s consistent issue with safety & communication. I was in a 3x3 unit with only one other roommate, and was not informed of another roommate until the day before she would move in. Additionally, guest parking is a nightmare. They changed the policy for guest parking to only be allowed in the non-gated area, which is less than 20 spots for the whole complex. It makes it really difficult to have friends and other people over. Plus the gates on one side are broken and have been so for months!! Main things keeping me from renewing.

  i requested for a night stand, and not only did they didn't bring the night stand, they wrote "who cares" as a response to my request.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management is very lack luster and very poor. Maintenance was pretty well until my AC was leaking for month and had to use portable units which spiked the electricity bill but they did lower it for me. The shuttle sucks, it’s always breaking down and never on time. The AC on the shuttle doesn’t work either. You tell the office and they do nothing about it or half the time never has and answer or solution.

  Last year when I lived here I had a pretty good experience but this year it has been beyond unacceptable. If you want timely maintenance, secure gates, printers that work, OR A SHUTTLE THAT RUNS ON TIME I recommend you find a different apartment. Over the summer my AC broke down right after my roommate got out of surgery, thankfully they were quick to provide us with temp portable units (that rannnn up our electric bill) but it took them over a week to fix the actual AC despite us calling abt it being a dire situation DAILY, the maintenance guy kept claiming to be “just the little guy” only for us to later find out he was head of maintenance which was beyond unprofessional. The front gate has been broken and left open for around 3 months, the printers in the study rooms have consistently had issues (the study rooms also had barely any AC last time I went in them needing me and my friends to bring our own fans to use them comfortably). But by far my biggest complaint and what is pushing me to leave this review (bc despite the other problems I would honestly ignore them if it wasn’t for this) is the sol shuttle. When I chose to live here last year I chose sol for the transportation, I chose it over closer and cheaper options bc getting to my classes on time in a STUDENT APT COMPLEX is important to me but this year the sol shuttle has been consistently off schedule sometimes even causing me and other students to wait outside for 20-30 minutes in the hotttt Arizona sun. I know many ppl have complained to the front desk about this but clearly they don’t prioritize the residents enough to get the driver in line because nothing has changed. I expected some issues the first few days but 3rd week into school this is ridiculous. One time I was on a shuttle the driver even fully ran a red light (like entered the intersection on red not even yellow) I don’t know where they find these terrible drivers but it was NOT like this last year. I can not in my good conscience recommend this apartment complex until they fix these problems and overall get quicker abt listening to resident concerns.

  DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!! This apartment complex does not care about its residents. The shuttle system which is said to be “reliable” and takes off at 730 AM was down because the bus driver could not find her keys apparently. I have a lab at 9 AM which is very vital to my major. I was not given any indication that the shuttle was down from the apartment complex until after I missed said lab because it was too late for me to uber or anything. Since then I’ve emailed multiples times asking to arrange an appointment to which I’ve had no reply and the front desk says they can’t do anything when I go in person as they aren’t ‘in charge’. there’s dirt all over the halls that are not cleaned which is super unsanitary. and the model apartment they show you is not how your actual one will look. The sink of my apartment is broken and maintenance has been dodging my requests. As well, the kitchen drawer of my apartment when I moved in is entirely not there??? Maintenance and the apartment has done nothing. Nobody I know has said any good things about this complex so these 5 star reviews literally have to be fake. They just want your money, but don’t care about your safety or sanity once you actually live here. I plan on breaking my lease soon as I had to pay over 900 last month when i wasn’t even living there the whole month mind you, due to ‘utility start up.’ My base is supposed to be 730!!!! I just moved in!!!! I don’t even have ac and I’ve been here for over a week now. Don’t move here.
