I love the place i currently live in and im always greeted with happiness and kindness by rosie everyday!!!
I’ve been living in Onnix for the last eight months, and it’s a fantastic spot right in the heart of the city! Plus, renting an apartment here is quite affordable compared to other areas nearby. *** I also want to say that the Onnix team is amazing and always ready to lend a hand whenever you need it.
I’ve loved living at Onnix for the past 2 years. It’s been a really good experience overall. The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the management team has always been helpful and responsive whenever needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are great. The location is also very convenient with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a good apartment community

First of all, this is a great location. I’ve been living here for 7-8 months. I’m currently a student at ASU and a retired veteran. I will be listing the pros and cons of living here. By the way if 3.9 stars was possible that’s what I would rate this.
Pros: Maintenance is really quick, my apartment is on the second floor in real good shape and I’ve never had a problem with pests or roaches. So many great amenities like the pools and the gym and they’re always in good shape. I keep my apartment clean and it’s just beautiful, everyone who visits always says this is a nice area. I love the convenience of being close enough to ASU to commute but far enough from ASU to not deal with the party people. I can’t emphasise how good in shape this apartment was when I got it. And it’s still in that same good shape. Overall this is a geographical cheat code. Perfect location.
Cons: Random people show up at night who don’t live here to use the pools and play soccer. It’s extremely annoying because they do it late at night and I don’t think I’ve seen any kind of security cameras around here. They’re loud and obnoxious and it doesn’t help that my bedroom window is facing Broadway road, I hear all the traffic and people downstairs who show up fighting and yelling. By the way, 90% of those people don’t live here. I drive a brand new nice car and I’ve noticed new dents on my doors. That’s exactly what I have a problem with. We need some kind of security or gated community style entrance. Random people coming in is not okay. My last grievance is the price. Although it’s a nice place, the price is excessive. I just want to price match to other nice apartments I’ve found in the area. And apparently that can’t be accommodated, so I will be moving. Yes this is a nice place but the cons make the price not worth it. The damage to my car and random people waking me up at night isn’t worth it. Like I said, this is truly unfortunate, I always pay my rent early and never miss a payment. I keep my apartment in the best shape possible. I pay and clean exceptionally well and that makes me a reliable tenant. All I asked was for a $150 reduction from my base rent right now and I was told no without consideration. That’s why I’ll be renting elsewhere.
All in all, it’s a good apartment complex. Just make sure your room is in the back part, not the front beside the leasing office because that’s where all the obnoxious loud people pull up and you can hear the constant street traffic. And make sure you’re willing to pay a higher price than what you’re comfortable with.
