  Lets people walk pitbulls around, and homeless people in the pool and property to steal mail and pee everywhere. They don't have a gate for 1800 a month.

  I’ve been given 3 different emails in the past month trying to get my rent verification. Would you guys mind replying to the one of 3 emails. I don’t understand why’s that’s so hard. Or just say you won’t send it so we can move on. So weird 😭 They are going to comment “please reach out to us to better your experience” just reply to the emails.

  Please do NOT rent here. My experience has been terrible, and the management is unresponsive and uncaring. Even the so-called renovated units have roach problems. They simply install carpet over broken, dented wooden flooring and call it a renovation. The living conditions are so bad that I would not recommend this place to anyone. One day, my clothes were stolen from the dryer. There are three security cameras in the area, so I asked the manager to review the footage. Despite my request, no action was taken. Many of the positive reviews appear to come from new tenants who are begged to leave good reviews. Please pay attention to the negative reviews and save yourself the stress of living here. Being homeless is better tbh.
