  i wanna give 5 stars to the maintenance! my air conditioning unit broke and they put a whole new unit in the next day! while i was waiting they put a portable unit in my apt which really helped. while they were fixing it my dog had to be in the room since i was at work and they moved the portable unit into my room with my dog so they wouldn’t be hot either. that meant a lot to me! appreciate the maintenance guys here! they are very fast

  The worst complex to stay at, they made it seems so nice and affordable but in reality they charge you for the littlest thing ever mind you this complex is infested with all types of bugs the main ones are roaches and crickets. ive stayed here for 9 months until i had enough and i cut my lease short, the first day we moved in INFESTED with roaches, roaches dead in the sink, bathtubs & dishwasher ive never felt more disappointed and let down in my life, then our washer/dryer wasnt even working when we moved in plus the walls had horribly patched up holes and water damage. Then a leak in our ceiling happened and it took them 2 weeks for them to patch it and just PAINT OVER THE MOLD that start growing on the ceiling. I was paying 1600 to move into a 2 bed 2 bath that had all these damages way before i moved in and i even had proof but management are the slowest and inconsiderate people ever , they never gave me my deposit back and charged me with all types of stuff that was there way before i moved in. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK AT OTHER OPTIONS. do not waste your days here at the onnix!!!!

  My son has lived here for three years and I have been his cosigner. After 3 years he walked in to a leasing agent, gave his information and apartment number and his 60 day notice. No paper copy was given back to him when he asked he was told other signatures were needed. I called to confirm - he was misinformed. When I called to talk about his notice to vacate no one said they weren't recognizing his in person conversation. We both figured all was set for him to leave in September. Wrong. I've tried to work with the leasing manager and she's said her staff doesn't give wrong information, she claims there has been no turnover in that office and she claims that there are only 2 women that work on Sundays and absolutely no one else could have been working that day. And those two women would never make this kind of mistake. I asked to escalate this issue to corporate and I was told to "Google them". Beware of wrong info and poor customer service and lack of assistance to apartment residents who have never left an apartment before.

  The pest problem was never solved, the apartment was dirty when i moved in, multiple drawers and appliances had problems never addressed even though I put them in my service requests, the only good part of living here was nobody bothered me
