  All poor reviews are justified. Moved into a dirty apartment with missing paint and more problems then I have time to list. At the end of the lease they charged me for all the things they didn't fix before I moved in and claimed they lost the inspection sheet. If you have any issues with something breaking, minimum 3 week wait to get help. DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!

  If you like water damage, mold, termites, and owners who do not care about their tenants, then this place is for you! In the 2 years we lived at this property we had 5 property managers! WOW! Lesslie the current property manager is the only person who cares about the tenants, but the owners will likely lose her too because they do not take care of anyone. We had a hole in our roof for over 2 months and they did NOTHING! We got no discount on rent and still had to pay to move out, despite the fact that cal-am legally broke their contract as landlords. I have lived in 5 different states and have literally never had a worse experience. Thanks to lesslie, a few things managed to get fixed before we left, but the owners have still not approved to get the roof fixed. If you do plan to move in to this nightmare of a property, I suggest reaching out to the city of Tempe ahead of time to have them evaluate the property and code violations before you sign anything.

  Really disappointed with the management. We were extremely interested in renting here & reached out for a tour. In response we were told they’d be holding an open house if we’d like to come view them then. My partner left work early to go to this open house only to sit there for an hour & fifteen minutes past the time the event was supposed to start & no one from management ever showed up to do the event. There were about 5 other vehicles there to also view & everyone eventually left, he was the last one there until he gave up. He called & emailed to see if they were still coming & never got any response. What’s the point in saying you’re going to do an open house & then not? If plans change at least notify whoever you told about the event initially? We loved everything about this property, it was our #1 interest, but unfortunately this put a bad taste in our mouth & now have 0 desire to ever rent from a company who has such horrible communication.

  I moved out of Dolce Villagio after numerous issues regarding the management team. They failed to communicate time frames for repairs and often neglected to take care of problems. Adding to it, the management team never returned my deposit. I left the townhome spotless, cleaned the carpets, and had a signature from the manager stating that I would receive the total amount.
