- YXYaping XuJan 5, 20242.0I lived there for slightly over one year between 2019 and 2020. The only thing I liked about it was the proximity to the ASU campus. I can share several reasons to avoid this apartment complex. As many other reviewers have said, the property manager (Leticia as the manager) was very rude, the leasing office has tens of reasons to charge you. I was once billed for a $100 fine just because our unit was connected one day after I moved in. They charge like $30 for a burner and ~$80 for a tap faucet due to aging. It was a mental torture to deal with the leasing office. Avoid this place for getting yourself into trouble.

The main reason that my wife and I decided to live in this property is the property management that are very respectful and professional. In addition, they have different background checking in order to keep a safe environment there. This apartment complex is just next to the Hudson Park which makes it pleasant to live, but also it is less than a mile far from the ASU Tempe campus, AZ lightrail train station, and also grocery shops. The rent is also affordable comparing to the nearby places. Inside the apartment, the refrigerator, AC, oven... are not excellent, but they are in a very good condition working very well. In overall, I give this place 5 stars as it have been fulfilled my expectations. I have recommended this place to a few of my friends.
