  i was worried that i'd have a bad experience as a first-time apartment renter and a second-year student at ASU, but i've had amazing customer service so far! we had a little mixup about a delay in our move-in date, but our leasing agent, Amy Kerr, was super helpful and transparent about the issue and got it resolved super fast! we ended up moving in on our scheduled date thanks to her calling in people from other sites to help. without her, i would've been stressed about housing while school would be starting. thank you so much amy!

  Amy was super helpful! She is great at communicating and made the whole process so much easier to understand and trust. She made sure to emphasize important details and help us make sure we were taking the right steps for leasing. She was very hands on., involved, and overall a great help.

  Amy Kerr has great communication skills. She explained everything in great detail and was extremely helpful when I needed extra explanations. She helped me get everything done process when I was having technical difficulty on my end. I am moving from another state 16 hours away. Amy made the process of knowing I have a home to come to a reality, a huge relief on my brain.

  Horrible place to live. At first, this apartment complex seems like a decent place because the staff makes it sound great during the application process. Once you move in, everything changes. In my experience, Amy’s attitude completely changed after I became a tenant. The friendliness I received during the application process was gone first day of move in as well as with the other office people My experience living here has been awful. I dealt with roaches, concerns about mold that appeared to have been painted over, and what I believe is not a safe environment for children. Because of the conditions I experienced, I am in the process of submitting documentation and evidence to the health department. Another issue is the rent. It seemed to increase regularly, and I never received a clear explanation for why. The air conditioning was another major problem. It only worked for part of the year, and then it was switched to heat even when temperatures outside were still around 100 degrees. Living here seriously affected my mental well-being. I felt stressed and depressed because of the ongoing issues and the lack of meaningful solutions. In my experience, management seemed more focused on collecting rent than addressing concerns about living conditions, and my interactions with the maintenance staff were just as disappointing. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking at other options first. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially families with children.

  This place is full of mold they wouldn’t let me end my lease I was in and out of the hospital due to mold being all in the walls they try to cover it with paint and make it seem like there’s none this whole place needs to be shut down . This is possible the worst apartment complex ever I’d rather be homeless than live here again . There’s black mold all in the walls in the water pipes and everything it made my kids sick and me and they will be sued for this for the safety of your health and kids find somewhere else !!!!
