  The leasing process was super easy and smooth. Amy Kerr was very helpful throughout the entire process and made sure everything was clear and taken care of. She was friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciate Amy making the process so stress-free!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience working with Amy Kerr. She was friendly, professional, responsive, and made the leasing process feel easy from start to finish. Amy was always willing to answer my questions and made sure I had the information I needed throughout the process. She genuinely cares about helping residents and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend working with Amy!

  Being a resident at Agave Apartments is probably the seventh circle of hell. From move in day, we knew we had made a mistake. We showed up, and the office was closed. Nobody was available to give us our key, and it was in the heat of Phoenix summer. Eventually, after hunting down a staff member, somebody begrudgingly gave us the key. Fast forward a few weeks, and we already had maintenance issues. The sink didn’t fully drain. The AC leaked, or didn’t work at times. The floorboards were covered in glue. All of these issues took over six months to fix, after countless maintenance requests. The maintenance guy would stop by, come up with a bogus explanation, and claim to come back later that day or escalate the request. That rarely happened. If that’s not enough reason to go with a different place, consider the cockroach issue. At one point, we forgot to run the dishwasher before a trip. When we came back, there were BABY COCKROACHES IN THE DISHWASHER. A month after moving out, we are still getting billed for utilities. We only got $200 back from our deposit. They will come up with any bs excuse to suck money out of you. If you can, find a place with management that at least treats you with dignity.

  Being homeless in PHX might be better than living at agave. I have always accepted that anywhere I live there would be transactional as they are running a business, at agave you can count on them treating you as there piggy bank, milking every cent they feasably can. You will not be treated like a nuisance at best and cast aside like the cockroaches that infest the buildings, but management ignores. Ye be warned
