  My experience purchasing and building my first home with Pulte was exceptional from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, I went into the process with a lot of questions and understandably some uncertainty about such a major purchase. From the sales process through construction and closing, I consistently felt like I was in good hands. A huge part of that experience was my construction manager, Cole. He was absolutely outstanding and genuinely went above and beyond throughout the entire build. He was extremely thorough, attentive to detail, and took the time to make sure everything was completed correctly and to a high standard. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or that any detail was insignificant. If something needed to be addressed, he made sure it was followed through and taken care of. Cole's communication was one of the things I appreciated most. He consistently kept me updated, personally called to confirm details, and made sure I understood what was happening before moving forward with anything. I never felt out of the loop during the construction process. He was also incredibly accommodating when it came to making sure the home was finished the way I wanted it. The quality of the overall experience really stood out to me. Building a home involves a lot of moving pieces, decisions, and potential stress, but Cole made the construction side of the process feel organized and manageable. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile gave me a tremendous amount of confidence in the home I was purchasing. Everyone involved in my Pulte experience contributed to making this a great first-time homebuying experience, but Cole deserves special recognition. Having someone who genuinely cares about the finished product and the customer's experience makes a huge difference. I couldn't be happier with my new home or with the experience I had building it with Pulte. I would absolutely recommend Pulte to anyone considering building a new home, and if you're fortunate enough to have Cole as your construction manager, you're in great hands. I'm extremely grateful for all the time, effort, communication, and attention to detail that went into making my first home exactly what I hoped it would be.
