    My move-in experience was great! This was my first apartment, and the younger woman (I believe her name was Abby) was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. The community also hosts resident events, which I appreciated even though I wasn't able to attend. If you like hotel-style apartment living in a lively area, this could be a great fit. Personally, I hate stairs and it wasn’t for me. I never had any major issues while living there, just a few minor inconveniences with the mailrooms, missing community carts, and hearing neighbors above, below, and outside my apartment. Overall, I think those are fairly common with apartment living. My biggest disappointment was the move-out process. Communication became inconsistent, and important documents were sent at the last minute. However, management did respond quickly once I had questions about my move-out charges. One piece of advice for future residents: during your move-in inspection, consider pulling back the corners of the carpet if possible. My move-out paperwork stated there was no pet damage, and I had no visible carpet stains, but I was still charged for a carpet replacement because of a stain found underneath the carpet. After discussing the situation with the billing representative, the charge was reduced, which I appreciated. Even so, I wish I had documented underneath the carpet during my move-in inspection.

    I moved in a year ago and am now moving out due to the properties continued deteriorations whilst it is still priced as a luxury community, the condition, upkeep and overall living experience no longer justify the cost. Hygiene and cleanliness are also below standard with dog waste frequently left around the grounds and in the dog park which has caused dogs within the community to get sick. We have rat traps around the community as they have been found in the garages on site! Security is also a concern as the gates are regularly broken making the complex far from secure. Amenities such as the golf simulator and hot tub are often out of service and the lounge furniture are poorly maintained - who knows when the cushions on the sunbeds were last replaced or cleaned with body imprints and sweat inside them. Fire alarms have been going off regularly with my most recent experience last Sunday (06/14/26) at 5am Valet trash is unreliable and a service you pay for within rent. Trash is left in hallways which stink the place out when not collected and as the warm weather hits it’s been even worse in the hallway. If you are considering touring this community, pay close attention to these issues rater than focusing solely on the model units and marketing materials!

    My daughter was looking for apartment Dane help us he was amazing!!! His customer service is top notch, He is so kind he took us all over to both bldgs and helped us find the right one with a smile. Dane knowledge of all the different models and which ones were available all in his head pretty impressive!! I can tell he cares aboutb people and you don't see people take so much of pride in their jobs anymore.Thank you Dane for making this experience looking for apartment for my daughter so easy and amazing!!

    I recently left this place and noticed a lot of rats around the property and it seems like bugs have been more of a problem property management is pretty bad with getting back to this problem I’ve talked with multiple people and they all have been having the same issues!!

    I toured here today and that it was the best experience out of all of the tours I have taken. Anastasiya was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. We are a ways out from moving in, but this has made a lasting impression.
