Katherine was awful her lack of communication and the fact we had been working with her from the time we picked out our lot so at least 6months and for some reason she could never remember us every time we walked in she’d think we were a new buyer. This is a money hungry company they only care about how much money they can sucker out of you. They lead you on and they take advantage of people that go in without a relator. Pulte mortgage is a joke and apparently they don’t communicate with the sale people so then you are a sitting duck waiting for approval or any communication. We asked the pulte mortgage to call this guy would wait everyday 5min before closing hours and would only communicate via email. Not only did we not move forward with the house that we wanted and picked out but I will never ever recommend pulte to anyone and I will never buy a house from them. Be careful with this company and don’t ever go in without a realtor!

- JCJ CJun 20, 20251.0Contractors are constantly blocking the roads in this area affecting all public services for the residents who live there. Trash, Fire, Police, and Medical are constantly unable to access areas in this community because the foremans don't care about the contractors or the hazards they produce.
