  Colby Management has taken us over as a full management account. We could not get better service like we have now. They take care of everything for us because there just is no one stepping up to do anything. I had a lot of horror stories about Colby we thought we might move companies but I met with Lane Powell, President of Colby Management and I was very impressed. Then as COA President we invited her and Loni down for lunch so they could see what we do here. Penny and I talked regarding full management because we were both a little skeptical of it. Penny knows how tired I was doing everything at Sabre Court but I trust her opinion. She said normally I would say no but these two women are amazing and you will be well served. So we did go full management and hands down recommend them.
