- TMTammy MillerApr 4, 20245.0My husband and I have been living in our home we bought from Clayton Homes for seven months. It has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. Working with Beth and Lori has been amazing! I feel they did their utmost to see that everything was to our liking and that we were satisfied with, not only our home, but the time frame in which we were able to move in. It was a lengthy process, but not overly so. We feel all the parties involved with the construction of our home worked to make sure everything was done right. The one thing I would like is for the carpeting we have in the bedrooms to be of better quality, but that’s the only the only downside to all of it. Our home is comfortable and beautiful! We loved working with the people of Clayton Homes! Our thanks to all of them!

- KBKimi BurlisonAug 3, 20181.0Horrible experience! Home has been on property for a year now and we are still fighting with them to get the repairs and shoddy work the factory did cleaned up. Ridiculous customer service. Have reported them to builder's board now. House is still painted three different colors on the outside, electrical shorts in house still exist not to mention the finish construction being done by what appears to be lazy three year olds. We were told the "lumps" in the floor were within spec but when we (ourselves) pulled up the flooring to repair it we founds wads of chewing gum. Can't make this stuff up. If you are looking for a home go up to Show Low....don't buy here!
