  My experience with Clayton Homes Snowflake was top notch. Keri and Beth have always answered all my questions with a smile and will be with you every step of the process. Laurie my project manager was on site and on top of placing the home on the property. I would recommend Clayton Homes 100%!

  We purchased our home from Clayton Homes of Snowflake in the winter of 2018/2019. We have been very impressed with many of the features. The home is very energy efficient. We've lived in this home during all four seasons now, and that is the biggest feature that has continued to amaze me. It is very energy efficient and maintains a consistent temperature very well. I have friends that live in stick-built homes of similar square footage to my modular, and their power bill are twice as much as mine because their homes are not near as energy efficient. We also enjoy the roomy feel of this home. We purchased a Breeze II, and it is truly a well designed family home for its price. There have been little issues that have come up, like the kitchen window started to leak on one corner. The Snowflake team was quick to get someone out here to help take care of these little issues that came up. The house has settled some, but they assure me that they do come fix all the hairline cracks etc that occur after the house has finished settling. Now for the Clayton Homes of Snowflake's team and service I can't say enough. They went out of their way many times to help the whole process to go smoothly for us. We worked with Chris and Julie, and they were both awesome. All of the team there was helpful, though, and worked well together as a team. Chris and Julie were easy to talk to and they kept in contact by phone and email throughout the whole process. I would definitely, and often do, recommend them to anyone in the area that is looking to purchase a home. We went with the land/home package deal, and they helped us through the whole process; even the financing end of it. If you are looking for a new home, stop by their office. They are always willing to give tours of the models on the lot, as well as to answer any questions. And just know, if you purchase a home from them, you will get reasonable prices, friendly service, and a new and energy efficient home. It was a great option for us. We needed to go new because family members are very allergic to mold. The only way to guarantee mold-free was to go new. We never could have afforded a new home if it wasn't for Clayton Homes package deals. Thank you, Clayton Homes of Snowflake! Keep it up!

  Horrible experience! Home has been on property for a year now and we are still fighting with them to get the repairs and shoddy work the factory did cleaned up. Ridiculous customer service. Have reported them to builder's board now. House is still painted three different colors on the outside, electrical shorts in house still exist not to mention the finish construction being done by what appears to be lazy three year olds. We were told the "lumps" in the floor were within spec but when we (ourselves) pulled up the flooring to repair it we founds wads of chewing gum. Can't make this stuff up. If you are looking for a home go up to Show Low....don't buy here!
