  Mountain Vista Staff has been very accommodating and flexible with my entertaining needs, and a very short notice request was honored! The venue was perfect for the number of guests i had, and everyone had a great time! Thank you so much, Naomi and Katrina for making this possible! I love the complex, and the community; everyone is very friendly. This not just an Abode...it feels like Home.

  They have “accidentally” overcharged me 3 times in the span of one year! Had to pay my first month’s rent twice, because apparently they accidentally gave me the wrong first amount, and I had to make another payment and wait for my refund of the first payment. They also tried to double charge me for some repairs, I had to correct them with the amount they informed me before in the same E-mail thread. And again they charged me the full amount of the month for my last two weeks there, instead of a prorated rent like they promised me previously. They would never miss any chances to charge you extra, but at the same time be very slow and unresponsive when it comes to refunding you for the wrongful charges. It’s been almost a month now and I’m still waiting for my refund…I am almost tempted to submit a complaint to the Department of Housing

  I recently just moved into Mountain Vista and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy the process was. I worked with Naomi and she went above and beyond to find us the the perfect unit and get us moved in within the timeframe we needed. The property itself is quiet and well kept, I look forward to living here and highly recommend folks take a look!
