  From the first time I walked through the door, I met Amanda, and all the way to closing time with Vanessa was great. I would like to thank especially Amanda for being efficient and timely in helping me find the house. I am grateful that I walked into a great place.

  Worst property management company! They state on their website that if repairs need to be made on properties they manage, they will get quotes and hire the right company. That is NOT what Robert Zazueta does, he has one worker , ( I'd say handyman but that would be wrong). The man cannot hang a door correctly. When you service a swamp cooler... You go through it and clean everything, not just change the filter when it's obvious that there's a major calcium buildup, that soon destroys the water pump. When fixing a fence that the weather has torn down, they will put cement around the bottom of the pole to make it appear that it's been sunk into cement. Smh! And, when a problem arises that could be easily fixed, Robert Zazueta will let it go until the problem becomes a very costly necessary. repair. And, if you try to let the Haymores know of Robert's actions, you will find that they condone his actions. And you'll never get a reply.

  We lived in one of their properties for 3 years. For 3 years we had a leaky roof. They only came to do patchwork when the roof was over 20 years old and needed to be redone completely. Within that time mold became a problem we didn't know it at first, but I was getting severely ill from it. When I brought it up to them they kicked us out of the property they gave us no help or assistance in a new place. They were cruel to us they had no intentions on keeping the property and sold the house but made us do things that we shouldn't have had to do because the house was already compromised with mold. It cost us unnecessary amount of money and they should have done the work since they caused the problem. They were insensitive and harassed us instead of helping us when we were trying to move. I had severe brain fog, I had extreme joint pain and my skin was burning red and hurt to even touch it I had severe headaches and was absolutely sick all the time. But we couldn't figure out what it was cuz you couldn't see the mold and you couldn't smell it.. Now I am still sick and trying to recover from living in that house. They have never once reached out to help or asked how we were doing to address what they did to us. I would not recommend a lot of the realtors in this town they're all pretty shady and aren't there for the tenant when they absolutely need them. Haymar has shown that they are not reliable and they'll burn you the moment they get the opportunity. Because they're not there for you they're just there for the money you give them. I was absolutely screwed over harassed and burned by this realtor. Also record everything when you rent from these realtors. Otherwise they'll make you pay for what the last renters didn't do. And then so you can pay another month of rent they'll keep you in that property even if it's a week over it's like they want to do the walk-through the next month so you can give them more money. You just can't find good businesses anymore anywhere. They all want to screw you and make you pay a price that they should be paying.
