  We lived in one of their properties for 3 years. For 3 years we had a leaky roof. They only came to do patchwork when the roof was over 20 years old and needed to be redone completely. Within that time mold became a problem we didn't know it at first, but I was getting severely ill from it. When I brought it up to them they kicked us out of the property they gave us no help or assistance in a new place. They were cruel to us they had no intentions on keeping the property and sold the house but made us do things that we shouldn't have had to do because the house was already compromised with mold. It cost us unnecessary amount of money and they should have done the work since they caused the problem. They were insensitive and harassed us instead of helping us when we were trying to move. I had severe brain fog, I had extreme joint pain and my skin was burning red and hurt to even touch it I had severe headaches and was absolutely sick all the time. But we couldn't figure out what it was cuz you couldn't see the mold and you couldn't smell it.. Now I am still sick and trying to recover from living in that house. They have never once reached out to help or asked how we were doing to address what they did to us. I would not recommend a lot of the realtors in this town they're all pretty shady and aren't there for the tenant when they absolutely need them. Haymar has shown that they are not reliable and they'll burn you the moment they get the opportunity. Because they're not there for you they're just there for the money you give them. I was absolutely screwed over harassed and burned by this realtor. Also record everything when you rent from these realtors. Otherwise they'll make you pay for what the last renters didn't do. And then so you can pay another month of rent they'll keep you in that property even if it's a week over it's like they want to do the walk-through the next month so you can give them more money. You just can't find good businesses anymore anywhere. They all want to screw you and make you pay a price that they should be paying.

  DO NOT, do business with these people. 21 days have passed since my move out and I have received no itemized listing of fees or my security deposit back. I have been ghosted since my move out by these people. Specifically don't rent through Robert Zazueta. He will not assist you through your whole renting experience. Terrible property manager.
