  I moved in February and had quite a few things go astray initially when I moved in, and I worked with Tracy to iron everything out to make sure everything was not only smooth, but everything was just up to par for both of us for the property as well as me as a tenant. She was so incredible and went above and beyond to satisfy all my needs here as a new renter. The property itself is in an absolute, stunning location and excellent if you are wanting to live in West Sedona. I’ve lived in a lot of different rentals and I never ever hear my neighbors here which is a rarity. The walls are very well insulated and I feel that the property itself is very well maintained and taken care of thoroughly. There’s a really cute little pool and all of my neighbors have been very friendly. I would highly recommend living here 🩵 I also had to put in a few small maintenance requests and they were taken care of immediately if not same day.

  I had an excellent experience with the onsite manager, Candace, who went above and beyond the normal activities to ensure that my online application was promptly and completely handled and completed. Because of her attention we were able to complete the process quickly and my apartment was ready for me when I arrived. Maintenance has a few touch ups to do but overall it is easiest rental experience that I’ve had. She manages the community well, neighbors are friendly and it is well-located, close to downtown.

  Scott helped me with the flickering led light in the kitchen and corrected the slow flow sink in the bathroom with efficiency. I was so relieved.

  GOD HELP THIS PLACE. Everything is terrible, from the management, low quality build, INSANELY POOR FLOOD CONTROL. I am convinced the owner of this building wanted to scam as many Sedona people as he could. Typical. Bugs crawling through the floors, terrible sound insulation. Not to Mention the amount of illegal sub-leasing that goes on here. Lots of sketchy people here.
