  I moved in February and had quite a few things go astray initially when I moved in, and I worked with Tracy to iron everything out to make sure everything was not only smooth, but everything was just up to par for both of us for the property as well as me as a tenant. She was so incredible and went above and beyond to satisfy all my needs here as a new renter. The property itself is in an absolute, stunning location and excellent if you are wanting to live in West Sedona. I’ve lived in a lot of different rentals and I never ever hear my neighbors here which is a rarity. The walls are very well insulated and I feel that the property itself is very well maintained and taken care of thoroughly. There’s a really cute little pool and all of my neighbors have been very friendly. I would highly recommend living here 🩵 I also had to put in a few small maintenance requests and they were taken care of immediately if not same day.

  I must say that Candace is an absolute gem! I was working against the clock trying to secure a place to live and Candace had me in a lease in less than 3 hours! Very grateful to be in Pinon Lofts and can't say enough good things about Candace! Thank you! Thank you for the speedy water heater repair!

  Bad management, over priced, charge you for view when you don’t have one. Don’t return your deposit. I was renting for 3 years during winter they don’t clean the snow. I had to clean the stairs and walk ways. Grill is always dirty dog poop on the walkway’s. They never return your call. When I moved out I left my apartment spotless clean. They charged me for things that I don’t even know. The check they sent me was only $15 I called few times left massages no one called me back. The current manager is very rude. I will not recommend this place.
