- MRmia romanSep 12, 20265.0I've lived here for around 2-3 years now and this is definitely the best apartment complex I've lived in. it's a pretty, and colorful environment, lots of greenery, 2 pools, and also really pet friendly! The staff at the leasing office are also extremely sweet as well and are super welcoming. 10/10 would recommend ! 🩷

- GKGina KeenanSep 3, 20265.0One of the best communities I have lived at. Barry and Jamie are great. There are frequent water shut offs, however they really improved their notification system. Things seem to be going a bit downhill with the quality of renters. There is an influx of renters smoking MJ and who cannot park properly. Some of my neighbors were questionable - leaving a puppy alone for hours at a time and playing musical instruments. The rents are also a bit steep for renewing leases, but it is North Scottsdale. Other than that, I was happy with my unit and had a good experience.
