  Starting to lose count with how many years I've been here. This year we swapped from a 2 bedroom unit to the townhouse and it has been the perfect set up for us. Recently I've noticed more community events going on and I absolutely love it. They have food trucks come by, they did a pool party for Independence day. They just hosted a dog contest for national dog day! Was such a fun part of the day to visit the leasing office for my dog go get so spoiled! Looking forward to see what else Ventana has in store. I do love the opportunity to get to know the other families here.

  I recently moved to Vantana and truly appreciate how clean and peaceful it is here. The people are very kind and lively, which makes the community feel welcoming. I want to especially thank Berry, who was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, bringing such positive energy. Also, the manager was very attentive in addressing all my concerns. My son and I are really happy to be part of this wonderful place. 🙏🌸

  First note that many positive reviews are from people who took tours or are newly moved in, not people who lived here a long time. Second, be aware they solicit for reviews, and have friends/employees enter reviews as well. Third, note they are managed by a CA company that does not maintain anything, as you will hear about in the following paragraphs. Leaks. Your apartment will have numerous leaks - from closet ceilings that will damage your belongings, from the apartment above you so you have water dripping from your ceiling, in cabinets next to appliances, you name it it will leak. Water turnoffs are frequent, where you go entire days with no water. The AC is terrible. They do not fix it in a timely manner. Appliances are ancient and if you want new ones, guess who pays for them? You do. Our dishwasher was so rickety it broke dishes, the washing machine ruined clothes. Our fridge never cooled properly. The pressed particle board cabinets are gross and poorly made. Roaches. Other pests. If you are 420 friendly I guess you will like the next issue, but for our family it was awful. Neighbors smoking on their patio at all times of the day and night. You couldn't even walk to the mailbox without smelling skunky odors. We could not use our patio the entire time we lived at this dump because of this, forget keeping your windows open when the weather is nice. Dangerous dogs - dog friendly is great, but they allow dogs that are aggressive and we watched one poor elderly woman have her tiny dog ripped open by another residents larger breed (give you one guess as to what breed). The complex did NOTHING for this woman, nor did the irresponsible owner. The one decent thing here was many nice residents, but unfortunately as their leases were up they moved. Ventana is in a great location, but that is about it. It is not "luxury" and the prices they charge for what they provide you are better off moving into a neighboring community.

  I have a been a long term resident here at Ventana and I just want to share what a great community this place is becoming. Lots of positive changes have occurred and the office staff always goes above and beyond to help me with issues I have . Barry, Jamie and Ana are the best office staff ! Maintenance team is always on top of work orders and available to talk to when I have questions which is so beneficial- thanks for all your hard work
