  Currently living in my second Toll Brothers home. Our experience has been great overall. Every new build has issues that need repair and if you work with them to get things fixed you will be satisfied with the results.

  I wish I would of never bought my Toll Brothers house. My house is full of issues, from major structural issues I.E. my ceiling is cracking constantly, to cosmetic defects, I.E. walls being built crooked. I have lived in my house for 8 months now. My husband & I have had to use all of our paid time off from work to be home for repairs throughout this time & it still looks like a construction zone. Nobody from Toll Brothers cares, not even enough for somebody to apologize for all the wrong doing that has happened. Don't be fooled but them saying luxury builder's. Go elsewhere I wish I would of

  We have never been so disappointed with the purchase of our Toll Brothers Home. We thought we were buying a higher end home and not a track home but that was not the case. We have been in construction all of our lives and have never seen such poor quality workmanship and to be told by Toll Brothers that this is what you get. I have seen track homes with better quality. Buying a Toll Brothers home is just buying the name and for twice the price. Think twice before you buy. If you don’t believe me just ask anyone who bought in Blackstone what they think of Toll Brothers.
