- RWRyan WilliamsJun 10, 20262.0If you love cockroaches, crickets and beetles, boy is this the place for you! Been a resident for over two years and in that time have been in touch with management about the on going bug issue. The two stars is because management will listen and send the exterminator to spray, but are very slow to actually solve the problem. If you gave 24 hours notice with a work order and went down to the office and the issue wasn't fixed, wouldn't you be pissed! Especially with an on going infestation like this. All we asked for is that the bathroom fixtures, bathtub/shower areas and exterior cavities which these huge roaches are entering in from are sealed properly. Check out these gross photos of what we've been dealing with. This is only three days worth of traps by the way.

More importantly, they provide an atmosphere of community, family, and friendship. The management team is accommodating, professional, courteous and quite enjoyable to be around. They are very supportive and helpful in making your living experience here a positive one. The maintenance crew is EXCELLENT. They address your situation as quickly as possible. If repairs are required, they are done RIGHT. They always make.sure you are completely satisfied with any work they do. That is vital to the residents and we appreciate their conscientious work ethics.
