She consistently goes above and beyond, and every interaction with her leaves me feeling heard, valued, and well cared for. What I appreciate most is how personally invested she seems in the property and the people who live here. When I bring something to her attention, she listens carefully and makes me feel that it matters. She is approachable, thoughtful, and willing to put in the extra effort. You can tell she takes pride in how the community is managed and understands that, for residents, this is our home. That care changes how it feels to live here. It means a lot to know I can reach out to Jen and have a real conversation with someone who takes my concerns seriously. Her professionalism is clear, but it’s her kindness and personal attention that have stayed with me. Jen is a tremendous asset to The View at Cascade. I hope she knows that the way she manages this property and treats its residents makes a difference. I’m grateful for everything she has done for me, and I wanted to make sure her work was recognized. My move in experience was top notch. The walk thru was complete and they never missed a bit. HIghly recommend anyone looking to live in north scottsdale to come check this place out. The Gym is perfect. The view is spectacular. Its simply a quiet little community who comes together for events. More pictures to follow.

- AAAnna AnnaJan 11, 20241.0Please fix your stupid doors so that delivery people can actually get into the apartments with the code without having to run and damage packages with the half second you have to open the door which is 10 ft away.. It took me a few tries to get in it was severely frustrating ..
