  I've been renting a home from The Schembri Group for over 5 years now. The service I receive when I need something is incredible. Tammy is so wonderful and really cares about her tenants. Recently our A/C went out and Tammy had it taken care of immediately. Afterwards she called to check on us because that's the kind of incredible person she is. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated that. Thank you so much!

  When you wake up at midnight sweating and it isn't because you have an audit coming up, it's time to check the thermostat. In Arizona in July, it's hot. Very hot. When the air conditioner goes out, it's not just uncomfortable, for some people it's fatal. It was 90 degrees at my place, which meant the AC was broken. By 6:00 the next morning I had sent a repair request to Tammy Schembri, my landlord. By 9:00 I had a notice the work order went out, the repair company contacted and an expected time of 11 to 1 arrival of the repair company. In Arizona, in July, a twelve hour response time from noticing the problem to the arrival of an Air Conditioning company is phenomenal. The people who arrived at my house were personal, informative and fast. For an icky situation, it was a very pleasant result, and I slept in much cooler air than the night before. Consider this a huge shout out and thank you to Tammy Schembri, of the Schembri Group for solving the problem fast, effectively, and with a smile.

  I've been renting from the Schembri Group for over two years. I highly recommend Tammy and her team at the Schembri Group! They are easy to work with, they provide outstanding communication, and they respond to client issues immediately. I have never work with a better property management company! If you are looking to rent or for other property management services, the Schembri Group will always be my first choice!

  Tammy and Cherie at The Schembri Group were wonderful to work with. We reached out to them about a furnished rental house in Scottsdale and they were responsive and helpful with the information we needed to make a decision. We rented from them and the house was exactly as described on the listing. More importantly, when we needed something addressed (minor issues- i.e. broken toaster and blender), they responded quickly and replaced the appliances right away. We really enjoyed our the 7 months we rented from Tammy and Cherie so much that we decided to buy nearby. They truly care about providing 5 star service. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending The Schembri Group for your AZ rental needs.
